I was a Toyota girl for the first 18 years of my driving life. I made the switch to Mazda in June and just took my car into Werner's service center for its first routine checkup. I was shocked to receive a life. I made the switch to Mazda in June and just took my car into Werner's service center for its first routine checkup. I was shocked to receive a text with a video link from Jake, the tech who worked on my car, explaining what'd he'd checked and the actions he'd performed on my vehicle. (All was in excellent condition). What truly made my day, though, was that he buffed out a scratch in the side of my car (from when someone had opened their car door into mine), and he didn't charge me for it! Talk about going above and beyond! I can honestly say, because of Werner's superior service, I'm now a Mazda girl! More
