That car seemed to be swarmed with personnel explaining why it would take several hours to get to them. What happened to the ladies who used to work there? They were always prompt and professional. You also used to have someone who met each car at the door before it left the service entrance who filled the wiper fluid containers and I’m not sure what other checks he/she made. I believe that person cleaned the windows perhaps or inserted paper mats on the floorboards. That showed service up front, and it has disappeared. More
