We leased a CRV in October 2022. I went in with the current ad with a lease payment for $327.00 per month. Our salesman, Zach refused to honor the ad. I should have got up and left. I went in with the current ad with a lease payment for $327.00 per month. Our salesman, Zach refused to honor the ad. I should have got up and left. That is straight up fraud. The ad was published by Honda Wesley Chapel and clearly had not yet expired. To make matters worse, they cut and damaged my custom license plate frame. Zach promised he would replace it. It's been 4 months and 3 trips to Honda to find out the status and was told it was ordered but never showed up. Zach ordered it once, but when it doesn't show up, the any responsible salesman should be an adult and make a call to find out what happened to the order. But Zach was too lazy to even do that. He kept stuck on the excuse that it's been 4 months and there's nothing he could or would do about it now. Eventhough it's his fault it has gone this long since we've checked on it 3 times ateady. The plate was under $20.00 and damaged by Honda, so it is there responsibility to replace it. I'll guarantee Zach made more than $20.00 when selling us the car and as a salesman, it is very shortsighted to not live up to your word and definately ruin ANY future business with Honda. A $35,000.00 car and he screws his customers over $20.00 and refuses to honor Honda's current ad. NEVER DEAL WITH ZACH. He has no integrity and is dishonest. More

I could go on for day, but will stick with my most pressing issue. I traded in 2 cars for a brand new car in July. It is now the middle of Nov. and I have yet to receive my Gap Refund. I cannot get pressing issue. I traded in 2 cars for a brand new car in July. It is now the middle of Nov. and I have yet to receive my Gap Refund. I cannot get a hold of a person by phone, and after a week of leaving messages, being hung up on and such I asked for a manger's email. I emailed and was told it was forwarded to finance - the dept. who doesn't return calls, etc. Needless to say I have yet to hear from them. SO now I guess I will take my unhappy self down in person and make sure everyone in the building knows what kind of rotten customer service they provide. I abhor the thought that I will have to utilize them for my maintenance package as well. That is a whole other rant. More

This was the worst experience we've ever had anywhere! We were threatened and lied to!! This was the worst experience I've ever had! I feel they used my fiancé and me to make quota. We were told by Juan, the finance manager, the only car on the entire lot we would qualify for was a 2010 Toyota Sienna. I originally wasn't interested because I wanted an SUV. He got very angry and rude that I wasn't initially interested. However, Skylar, who was our salesman, convinced us to look at it and I ended up liking it. So it was 05/30/2022 and we were there until 11:00 PM. We signed all the paperwork and were told that we would both be on the loan so that it would help our credit as we made the payments and after a year we could come back and get whatever SUV we wanted. We were told we needed a $500 down payment in addition 2 my car, which they were giving us $7400 for, and full coverage insurance so we could drive the van. The next day we called and said we didn't think that the payments would fit well in our budget and the $500 down payment was hard because we weren't expecting that since we had a trade-in. We told them we had changed our minds. I then got a call from Juan threatening us. He stated, "if we didn't come and get the van he would push the paperwork through anyway and we would end up paying for the van anyway, but wouldn't have it or our car either." He said he would waive the $500 down payment, but we were still not sure. Juan again threatened us and said we had until 6:00 o'clock PM to get there, he also stated that it wasn't fair to Skylar to not come because he wouldn't make quota. Thinking we really had no other choice, we went and got there just before they closed. They would not give us any paperwork pertaining to the deal. The only thing they did was send my fiancé a picture with their fingers blocking out information but showing just enough info for us to get the insurance. We were about to leave when Skyler ran up and showed us a piece of paper stating they had gotten our payments lowered by about $60 a month. However, we were not provided with that piece of paper either. We ended up being very happy with the van. Then, about two weeks after getting the van the loan company called and said they never received my fiancé's earnings information. I asked what exactly they needed, sent it to them, called to verify they received it, and I was told they did and all was good. However, I then received a call from Juan telling me that we needed to bring the van back. I asked him why but he didn't give me a specific reason. Juan threatened us once again, but this time he said, "Bring the van back or get a repo and I'll falsify the paperwork or "lose it" (which we still never received a copy of)." I was over his threats so I told him I would call the loan company, to which he replied, "Don't you DARE!" A week before our first payment was due I went outside and our van was gone. I called the loan company but they said that the dealership withdrew the loan, which was weird, but out of their hands, W. Chapel Honda STOLE our van! More

I had it home 7 days with no issue other that the nasty smoke smell inside that will take a while to get out. On day 8 I went out to start the car and it wouldn't do anything. I called the dealership and I was told "sorry, the sale was as is". They also told me to have it towed to them at my expense and they would take a look at it. I paid to have it towed thinking that they would do the right thing and repair whatever the issue was. The next day I received an estimate for replacement of the starter....871.00!!! I asked if they were going to take care of it since I barely had the car in my possession for a week. The answer was no but they offered to discount the repair to 675.00. It just seems to me that a reputable dealership would have a little more courtesy and try to make their customers happy. So, before my first payment is due I have to pay to have a repair done. I had the car towed back home and will find someone else to do the repair. Beware of this dealership and their disrespect for customers. This was my second purchase from here and I assure you it will be my last. I have spread the word far and wide and will continue to do so. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! !! Spoke to Ryan a salesman there about a lease deal they had going on FOR A CIVIC sport $209 lease . Confirmed again Friday afternoon to make sure !! Spoke to Ryan a salesman there about a lease deal they had going on FOR A CIVIC sport $209 lease . Confirmed again Friday afternoon to make sure it was all good, and he confirmed. Once my sister got there Saturday Ryan apparently had never spoke to me, and the deal no longer existed. I Had to talk to the general manager and he said he did not care what Ryan had said, he could override it and what he said was not valid, so we were basically lied to. she drove almost 2 hours, The best part was that they decided to detail my sister's car and change the oil without her signing any paperwork and it was going to be on the house per the GM, when the dealer finally gave my sister numbers back to finance her own lease it was at a ridiculous 6% with a 720 credit score paying over $300 a month. My sister did not accept such a deal and decided to leave , the dealer decided to hold her car hostage since they had done work to it already, Again with no signed papers and On the house per the GM. My sister called the police and once they saw her calling they gave her the keys and allowed her to leave. HONDA , WE WONT BE BUYING ANOTHER one TRUST ME!! More
