I purchased my first car from here the sales person was a nice person but the finance offer was a disrespectful and he charged me 4000$ for nothing when I asked him that explain the charges he cursed me I ha nice person but the finance offer was a disrespectful and he charged me 4000$ for nothing when I asked him that explain the charges he cursed me I had to call cop. I did not want the car because they did fraudulent with by having me sign something that i did not see the changes because 9:00 pm and the finance officer said come tomorrow I will explain then next day when I went there the finance officer and manager behavior was very rude and charged me for something that was not aware of. Be careful as I said the sales person and sales manager are good. People but when it come to finance they hid things from you. I had very bad experience with dealer and it was my first time seeing an unprofessional brand name Honda dealer. I bought my other Honda from Westshore Honda they were very honest professional. I made a mistake that I bought my car from here. More

Ran my credit 27 times in one month. Brought my score down to a 400. Ruined my life!!! I can't even rent a place now. Went there in 2015 and was awesome. Thats why I went back there. Lost financing 3 different times had to go back. And when they finally got it settled they told me the wrong bank so I was corresponding with wrong people and it made me a month late on my payment. I kept calling and they told me was just moving slow. They were nice enough but they allowed several banks to repeatedly run my credit over and over for a month. Was still happening after was finally finalized. My credit is frozen and Ruined. Will never be back. More

Every time I go into the dealership for service it takes a minimum of two hours to get an oil change. I bought the service package when I purchased my car. Now after four years of getting oil changes and the wait only getting longer, I have no choice but to wait. If they respected me as a customer, they would call me if they were behind and tell me to come in later to get my car serviced. Maybe they put people before me if they don’t have the prepaid service package. I am just locked in so they don’t care if I am inconvenienced. Yesterday I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Ridiculous. More
