Dishonest, untrustworthy, unprofessional. Went in to have a wheel checked for damage due to hitting a pothole. I was told that the wheel is bent and had to be replaced. I can buy that! When I was informed about the price, I decided to consider it. The advisor, Brandon Traveline, didn't even offer any estimate paperwork. I had to request paperwork. The paperwork he gave me made no mention of needing a new front wheel rim. What was unusual was that there were no fees associated with any of the paperwork. I insisted that he at least write in the total cost of the rim replacement in his handwriting. I asked if there was a coupon I could use, and he said there was none. Brandon was obviously not having a good day. He was cold and standoffish and not a pleasure to deal with. I did the next best thing and went to another advisor, Darron Blount, who is a pleasure to deal with. He said we could use a service coupon special when the work was done, and it would be possible to cut something off the price. It's sneaky things like these that make me wish I never left Maus Tampa Nissan....never had a problem there. More
