The most dishonest people you have ever met. They are all in on it. If you don’t believe me check your SD card they give you after purchasing your vehicle. I walked in to look at a 2019 Nissan S They are all in on it. If you don’t believe me check your SD card they give you after purchasing your vehicle. I walked in to look at a 2019 Nissan Sentra that’s listed for 17,999.00. I test drive, sit down for paperwork and notice I have a random 1500$ extra dollars and they can’t explain so he say it’s for tires, wipers and oil change. I said that’s all about $500 and why isn’t that included in the price. In the meantime I have an 820 credit score and got approved by my bank and they won’t use my bank and it’s because they were financing me for 25,000 for the car and I only asked for a 20k lon from my bank. As I sat there for 3.5 hours I’m ready to get out of here not understanding why financing is taking so long. They come back stating my car loan will be 22,900. I still down understand how we went from 17,900 to that. so I ask how we went from 17,900 to 22,900 and he states himself “ we mark the cars at low price to get people in here, but that’s not really the price” excuse me that should have been my que to leave.. But every time they came they agreed on a lower price. Btw the Sentra 2019 had 66k miles on it. So finally we agree on 20,900.00 for the vehicle. They take me in to sign my papers and he had them all sprawled out with prices covering one another and then when I am done and got home it occurred to me that I never seen the final price of the vehicle in stone only written on a paper write up with pen. I put my sd card in my computer because that is how they give you your paperwork now and I see it was for 25,000! I get my first car payment and bill shows that I was charged 25,000$ for a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 66k miles on it. I was so upset I cried. I was taken advantage of and was totally disgusted. I called them and neither youseff the finance manager or the other guy who sold me the car would take my call. I am a honest person who believes in karma. I believe morals, values and honesty is important to live by and these men do not care. I work hard for my money and now I have to pay 100$ extra a month just so I am not paying 4,000 in interest by the time I’m done paying for this vehicle. I wish Nissan would read these reviews. Someone has to think this wrong. If you check the better business Bureau there are people on there stating they did the same to them. One is a preacher who’s says they had taken advantage of him by much more money then me. All in all I will be paying 29k for an 18k vehicle. Just awful people can sleep at night being so dishonest. More
