Failed promises Consumer's Original Complaint : Poor customer service, repair issues and over pricing. I dropped my car off to Wesley Chapel Nissan for warranty rep Consumer's Original Complaint : Poor customer service, repair issues and over pricing. I dropped my car off to Wesley Chapel Nissan for warranty repair last Friday. I guy by the name of Roka called me back and was extremely rude and accused me of not doing to right thing with the car assuming because I did not bring the vehicle to their dealership for maintenance. I escalate to service manager and he assures me he will try to take care of this issue. What they say is wrong is not the fault of me. The car should not have any sludge in the engine at only 45K miles. We have had oil changes done, just not there. Then they quote 800.00 for an engine flush. I called multiple places today and all of them said it should not be any more than 300 and many of them said the diagnosis is highly unlikely do to the miles on the car. I have been a long time customer of Nissan and to not warranty this is embarrassing. 1st they claim it was due to being 66 days over warranty and now they they claim its because they think I did not care for the vehicle in the correct way. I have been mislead the entire way and now I am getting charged far too much for a repair that could be done by others at 1/2 the cost. I have owned more than 6 Nissan's in the past and my lease is coming up and this is how I get treated? Yes the car is fixed, however still very disappointed in what was promised. 1st I was promised I would get wholesale pricing. This typically mean 50%. If you google wholesale pricing, it indicates this usually means a 50% discount from retail. My original quote was 850 and I paid 700. Nothing near wholesale. I asked for an itemized invoice showing the difference between retail and wholesale and I received nothing. The same thing this dealership did another mechanic was willing to do for 250.00. I understand bringing this to a Nissan dealership should come at a premium, but not that much and especially when promised wholesale pricing. I will not accept any response until this dealership owns up to it's promise and does the right thing. More

Ryan made the experience exciting, fun and pleasant. Silly as it might sound I was very attached to my car of 10 years and wasn't sure if I really wanted to trade her in. Ryan seem to understand the attachment, he did not make fun of it but seemed to appreciate it. He understood what I wanted if I was to purchase a new car. He found the perfect car for me, even helped me name it. I had also never purchased a Nissan, which I am now a fan of. I had a few people suggest I not buy from this dealership but RYAN CHRISTIAN made this a happy and pleasant experience. A extra bonus for us ladies (I am 55) he is pleasant to look at. More

Dishonest and perhaps fraudulent Wesley Chapel Nissan did not honor the price certificate from the USAA Car Buying Program they are a "certified dealer" with. The price matched their Wesley Chapel Nissan did not honor the price certificate from the USAA Car Buying Program they are a "certified dealer" with. The price matched their advertised price in their own website but they wanted to add $2800 in fees on top of the dealer fees. They later presented a "Final Best Offer" that still had $485 in erroneous fees. They tried to claim the fees were from USAA as a bank fee and was out of their control. I contacted USAA via facebook and they confirmed they charge no such fees. It appears these fees are 100% in the control of Wesley Chapel Nissan and they were doing what some may term as bait-and-switch tactics. I left a review on their facebook and sent them an email on Monday (2 days ago) asking for a manager to call me. I am still waiting... Terrible lack of transparency. *The salesperson James Deen was incredible. None of my remarks are a reflection of the level of service and professionalism he displayed. More

The staff and John was courteous and professional during my recent purchase. I walked in to Wesley Chapel Nissan unsure of what I wanted, John was very helpful in assisting me in making a selection. He showed me many cars, they were all nice. While showing me one car, the car next to it caught my eye. I asked about that car, although it was out of the price range I was looking to pay, after he explained the features and I test drove it, I was sold. I will return for any additional purchases and recommend anyone to shop for their car at Wesley Chapel Nissan. John Willey was great at assisting me in making my selection. He was not pushy and he asked many questions. He also stayed within the price range I gave him. Although I purchased a car out of the price range, because I loved the features, not because he pressured me to. The blind spot notification is the best feature on the car to me at this time. John was so helpful he even set up some of the other features. I have purchased quite a few cars in my 40 years of being a licensed driver. I cannot think of an easier or more pleasant experience than the one my daughter and I had with this purchase. John surpassed my expectation, delivering a car that was better than what I expected.
