A Pleasant Car Buying Experience I have purchased 5 vehicles in my lifetime. I absolutely hate the entire car buying process. 4 of the 5 times were such a hassle. A receptionist asked if she could help and if I would like something like water or popped corn. Chad and Troy were the people that were recommended to me but I was told really any of the people that work there would be great.. Chad and Troy took great care to make sure that I was not only comfortable but that I had all the facts on the cars I had picked out online. After several test drives and having the cars checked out , reading the car fact ,I got my next prized possession . When I went to sign the final papers the young lady could not have been kinder or more helpful. It was truly a great experience and they even fed me while I waited. We were already thinking about buying a new Nissan Rogue so when we found out the cost to fix our old car was more than the car was worth we decided to go ahead and look for a new one. I talked first with the manager Peter Martin who was so nice and great to work with- he had Troy Stevenson help us find the right car. Not only were we on vacation but we were on a very tight schedule and only had a couple hours to buy a car. Troy and Peter were beyond exceptional- we told Troy what features we were looking for in our car and he found it for us no problem. He showed us all the features, we went on a test drive and then we decided to go ahead with the purchase- which usually means the headache of negotiating and paperwork but Troy and the rest of the office made the process easy and painless for us. We loved this dealership so much we may just come to Florida from now on to buy our cars with them. What started as a very frustrating situation with a broken down car turned into an exceptional one all thanks to Wesley Chapel. More
