What I loved the most about him was his honesty and his willingness to help with finding the perfect car for me! Right from the beginning he asked what i wanted. He was upfront about price and rebates. He answered ALL of my questions. I had never owned a Nissan before. He never once asked me "what can you afford, or what would you like your monthly payment to be" like other dealerships. Instead he asked "what do you want", and showed me the prices. I appreciate honesty, no nonsense and no games! I bought what I wanted. He guided me all the way to the best price! Best car buying experience!! Also, Cassandra was very sweet from finance. Mr Perryman was a doll. And to be honest, everyone that I met at Wesley Chapel Nissan was ABSOLUTELY top notch, polite and extremely helpful. I am a happy W.C Nissan buyer. I didn't leave with what I wanted but then again im 23 an wanted a 2015 Maxima which was way out of my price range but Troy gave me a great deal on a brand new 2015 Versa which was in my budget. He made me feel super comfortable with my purchase an told me if I waited a year and built my credit up I could come back an get what I wanted an I really appreciate him doing that because with out him I probably wouldn't of been able to get a new car at all. Troy made good on his promise to get me in car with no money down, gap insurance, and an extended warranty. I have crappy, and I do mean crappy, credit and am working on my to better myself. Troy was always in contact with me and never made a promise he couldn't keep. Overall I am very impressed with Troy and the dealership, he actually told me the truth and didn't jerk me around.
