Buying a new car is usually most unpleasant but other than the fact it took so long (assuming due to How busy the were) the experience was not too bad. Adam is a far cry from my usual description of a car salesman which is "Herb Tarlick" from WKRP in Cincinnati. In case you are to young to remember that TV show you won't understand what I mean. Quality of Service from Start to Finish After initially contacting Wesley Chapel Nissan for a quote a few months ago, I was contacted back by Jason Tabachnick. Jason and I stayed in touch an After initially contacting Wesley Chapel Nissan for a quote a few months ago, I was contacted back by Jason Tabachnick. Jason and I stayed in touch and when I arrived on the lot, I knew to ask for him. As I was test driving the 2015 Rogue that I had done some research on, Jason was very helpful with explaining the details of the vehicle (including all of the advanced technology). We came back into the dealership to crunch some numbers and figure out what would work best for me. Although it took some time to get to where we wanted, Jason was very receptive to what I wanted as a customer and made that clear in our conversations. After making the deal, I went to talk to Jon Bonet who couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with as a finance person. Throughout the entire process the mood was light and fun (not something you would expect working with money). We settled on the payments and additional coverage and I was the new owner of a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Before driving off the lot, Jason showed me how to work everything in the vehicle and made sure I had an understanding of the ins and outs of it. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and am extremely happy with my purchase! More
