Buying a new car is usually most unpleasant but other than the fact it took so long (assuming due to How busy the were) the experience was not too bad. Adam is a far cry from my usual description of a car salesman which is "Herb Tarlick" from WKRP in Cincinnati. In case you are to young to remember that TV show you won't understand what I mean. But anyway, it was a pleasure working with both Crystal and Adam. More

Although he spent the bulk of his day with me (between test drives and the insanity of financing) he was still able to assist others. I left with a car that I was thrilled with and, through some creative financing, could actually afford. Quality of Service from Start to Finish After initially contacting Wesley Chapel Nissan for a quote a few months ago, I was contacted back by Jason Tabachnick. Jason and I stayed in touch an After initially contacting Wesley Chapel Nissan for a quote a few months ago, I was contacted back by Jason Tabachnick. Jason and I stayed in touch and when I arrived on the lot, I knew to ask for him. As I was test driving the 2015 Rogue that I had done some research on, Jason was very helpful with explaining the details of the vehicle (including all of the advanced technology). We came back into the dealership to crunch some numbers and figure out what would work best for me. Although it took some time to get to where we wanted, Jason was very receptive to what I wanted as a customer and made that clear in our conversations. After making the deal, I went to talk to Jon Bonet who couldn't have been more of a pleasure to work with as a finance person. Throughout the entire process the mood was light and fun (not something you would expect working with money). We settled on the payments and additional coverage and I was the new owner of a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Before driving off the lot, Jason showed me how to work everything in the vehicle and made sure I had an understanding of the ins and outs of it. I couldn't have asked for better customer service and am extremely happy with my purchase! More
Bad, irresponsible employees, stay away from this place!!! My wife had a flat tire the other day and I called Wesley Chapel Nissan to schedule an appointment to have it replaced. They did confirm that they had the same brand/size in stock. However, when my wife showed up there with the car, they said that they did not have the same brand in stock and that they can only put a different one or we would need to come back next time. Ok, we had no choice... Later when she got home, it turned out that the McGard lug nut lock key was missing from the trunk!!! It was there before when I last closed the trunk!!! The mechanic definitely used it to replace the tire at this place but forgot to put it back, the rest of the tools were neatly packed in a bag on the bottom of the truck by him. I called the dealership and they denied using my key saying they had a master key to be used all times and offered me to buy the whole new set of the McGard lock nuts!!! How sweet of them. I don't want to ever set my foot at this place anymore and would not recommend anyone to have a business with them. More

The dealership was very busy that day but Brandon Lucas saw me out on the far part of the lot looking at the used suv's and quickly came to assist. Ends up this was his first day on the floor. He must of had sales or customer service experience because he handled things well. On his first day I hit him with I want to trade both my cars for 1 newer on. They are both paid for so I want to trade even. He got Scott to assist him and we got the job done. I am very happy with the deal they made and how well we were treated thru out the day. Feel like one of the family. 2 months after I initially had the Passenger airbag module replaced on my Pathfinder as per the recall, my airbag indicator light started to flash. After speaking with Adam Clarke, the salesman who had handled my Rogue purchase at the time the recall was performed, he engaged the Service Manager, Joe Falcon who immediately brought the car in, diagnosed the trouble and had it repaired at no charge. When I informed Adam of the status, he comp'd me an oil change for my inconvenience. I can only say, Outstanding Customer Service, and a very special commendation to Adam for his handling of this issue.
