He must of had sales or customer service experience because he handled things well. On his first day I hit him with I want to trade both my cars for 1 newer on. They are both paid for so I want to trade even. He got Scott to assist him and we got the job done. I am very happy with the deal they made and how well we were treated thru out the day. Feel like one of the family. 2 months after I initially had the Passenger airbag module replaced on my Pathfinder as per the recall, my airbag indicator light started to flash. Af 2 months after I initially had the Passenger airbag module replaced on my Pathfinder as per the recall, my airbag indicator light started to flash. After speaking with Adam Clarke, the salesman who had handled my Rogue purchase at the time the recall was performed, he engaged the Service Manager, Joe Falcon who immediately brought the car in, diagnosed the trouble and had it repaired at no charge. When I informed Adam of the status, he comp'd me an oil change for my inconvenience. I can only say, Outstanding Customer Service, and a very special commendation to Adam for his handling of this issue. Walking into WC Nisan we were greeted by Troy Stevenson and needless to say I was glad we came here. He actually listened to what we were saying - stayed within her budget and what her needs were. Troy Stevenson was not the normal aggressive sales guy, he was so easy to talk to and understood what I needed. Casandra Deveraux had all my documents ready for me to sign and was I was out the door in no time. Peter Martin is a great manager. Highly Satisfied and Overflowing with Happiness I went in to the dealership with high hopes and little expectations, my old car had died on me and really wasn't worth repairing. A friend of mine referred me to Troy, My credit isn't the best but Troy put on his cape and went to work. He worked very hard for me. He even worked through his lunch hour. Two days and nearly 14 hours later Mr. Stevenson put me in a 2012 SUV. I couldn't stop smiling, Troy made my day a true man of his word.
