After my experience with Nissan and Ed Sobolow I have now become a customer for life at Nissan. Ed respected my wants and needs, did not make me sit in a little glass office twiddling my thumbs. Ed took the time to educate me on all the bells and whistles of my new car. When I drove off that lot I was rocking to my favorite station on Sirius & my blue tooth was set up. I also understood the navigation system. Which is awesome!! The finance officer was personable, and explained everything thoroughly. I trade my cars in every few years so I definitely will be back! Sentra Lease I recently signed a new lease agreement on a Nissan Sentra from the Wesley Chapel dealership, I leased my prior car from Nissan Wesley Chapel and my s I recently signed a new lease agreement on a Nissan Sentra from the Wesley Chapel dealership, I leased my prior car from Nissan Wesley Chapel and my sales rep at the time (Adam Clarke) stayed in contact me throughout the life of the lease. Adam approached me earlier in the year and again in May with regards to entering a new lease agreement with Wesley Chapel Nissan and I was happy to do business with him where I had a positive prior experience. Adam is a very approachable, honest and down to earth sales rep and professional from the onset. Adam is without doubt an asset to Wesley Chapel Nissan and was one reason why I chose to lease again from the Wesley Chapel dealership. More
Things Made Right I want to share my experience today, in bringing my Nissan Rogue, in for an oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail for a very reasonable pri I want to share my experience today, in bringing my Nissan Rogue, in for an oil change. I had received a coupon in the mail for a very reasonable price. I stayed and waited, and waited, and waited some more.....a total of two hours, total, when I had been told that it would be an hour and a 1/4, or less. I was surprised even, when told that it would take that long, as I had never waited more than a half hour or forty-five minutes in the past. The dealership was under "new Management", as the coupon advertisement displayed. When I wasn't told my car was finally ready, after two hours, I complained to the service manager, "Joey F", who was extremely apologetic. He not only apologized for the delay (he explained that there was a car detailing sub-contractor who had been responsible for alerting his service people when cars were finished being washed, etc., who failed to tell them, thus, customers were left waiting for their cars, even though there were already finished.....a big communication glitch), but also gave me the oil change free for today's inconvenience, PLUS, three free oil changes for the future. This was MORE than generous on his part. I felt he went over the top in righting the situation for today. I commend him for his action in satisfying me, after I was so upset about having to wait so long for a simple oil change. I didn't demand, or expect, a "freebee", but he went ahead and gave it to me, no questions asked. I hope that Joey F sees this review, as he deserves an accolade for making my day, after all. More
Tickled Pink! I had the absolute best experience ever at a car dealership. Normally when you decide on a car it's 4 or 5 trips to the back before they come out with I had the absolute best experience ever at a car dealership. Normally when you decide on a car it's 4 or 5 trips to the back before they come out with a price you can live with. So, I was blown away with only one trip to the back and my salesman (Robert) came back with not just a price I could live with but an awesome deal on my dream car. Robert was so great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and just really easy to work with. He made me feel like we were out to find the car I wanted not just another commission. Then when I went in for financing; Jon was great to work with too. He got me the best financing and the payment I wanted. He even called me the next day to tell me he got my interest rate even lower to bring down my car payment even more. This was overall the best experience I EVER had with a car dealership. Great people to work with, great service, good deal and my dream car; what more could you ask for. Thanks Robert and Jon. You've got a new loyal customer for Wesley Chapel Nissan. More
