I had limited time to look for a new car for my wife. They did not give me the run-around, and showed me exactly what I wanted to look at. I told them that my better half wants to hear all about the safety features. When I brought Kathy in, we were assigned the perfect sales person, Robert Regan. He was very thorough reviewing the safety features and patiently answered all her questions. Finishing the deal was quick and painless as Robert and his manager, Wade, put together the terms we needed complete the transaction in record time. This is a friendly, no hidden agenda car dealer that will make you feel confident that your money was well spent! We even enjoyed a nice barbecue lunch while we were there! I would like to start out by saying this is the 44th vehicle I have purchased and the first time I purchased one at Wesley Chapel Nissan. This dealership and staff are by far the best I have ever dealt vehicle I have purchased and the first time I purchased one at Wesley Chapel Nissan. This dealership and staff are by far the best I have ever dealt with in my 28 years of buying vehicles. From first walking in the receptionist was very polite, salesperson Cassandra was absolutley the best listener that I have ever had when helping me choose a vehicle, Paul the used car sales manager was awesome as well, he listened to my price range and did everything possible to make the deal happen with no lies or misleading me, the finance manager Kevin did everything to make sure my interest rate and payment was where it needed to be and was pleaseant to deal with,then when I was swapping my belonging's from my old vehicle to the new vehicle (After Dealership Was Clsoed) Mark the General Manager came out and thanked me for the business and chatted a bit with me. Never in all my experiences, especially after hours have I seen or talked with a general manager unless I request it due to there is a problem that needs to be dealt with. Cassandra my salesperson and Paul the used card sales manager were absolutley the best to deal with in being honest, getting the vehicle and color I wanted, not forcing a vehicle that they needed to get off the lot, and making me feel very comfortable with dealing with them. I cannot say enough about the dealership and staff they are great! I did have to take my new Altima in for service as well and my service advisor chris was very great to deal with as well. He kept me informed at all times of what was being done and had car ready when promised. I met Bill White the Service Director as well and he went out of his way to apologize I had to bring car in for service so soon. It was only a bad airbag sensor and they have no control over that. Nissan is a very good car company and I have owned quite a few and this was only the first time I had an issue so no worries. I have and will continue to recommend everyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle to go to Wesley Chapel Nissan. More

I bought my 2013 Nissan Juke back in March and worked with Jerry Barreto to get exactly the color/model I wanted. He was very friendly and personable, and overall made the experience seem stress free wit with Jerry Barreto to get exactly the color/model I wanted. He was very friendly and personable, and overall made the experience seem stress free with his excellent customer service. He was able to work with me to get the model I wanted into the price range I needed without much hassle. This dealership is a little bit of a drive for me, but I'd rather drive there to get the service work than go to the dealership that is actually closest to my home. Typically Chris Hall is the one who I talk to when I bring my car in, and he is also a very genuine associate with great customer service skills. I think this dealership is outstanding, and I would recommend others to go there if they need to get a great deal on a new car or even if they only needed to get their car serviced. I have been to multiple Nissan dealerships throughout Tampa and I would still rather drive to Wesley Chapel since their customer service is just spectacular. More

I went in for an alignment and was treated very nicely. While waiting, I was told my 2009 Rogue would be great for the Rebuild America Auto Program. I traded it in for a new 2013 Rogue.
