I forgot to bring my license plate for transferring onto my new Altima and they dealership escorted me with the new car all the way home. My wife love the car and the dealership got her the exact model and the color. They never pushed us to select other color and/or play the game by jacking up the price because she want black color. I went into the Wesley Chapel Nissan dealership with the intent to test drive a car. I had 7-8 on my wish list. Robert helped me by allowing me to test drive the Nissan Juke and even printed out comparisons intent to test drive a car. I had 7-8 on my wish list. I was so impressed with how I was treated that I went back without test driving the other "wish list" models. I have purchased 2 Nissans in the past and was very happy to purchase another one from this dealership. I would recommend them and Robert Regan to any person looking to purchase a new or used car. Robert Regan was great, specifically he was extremely informative, he knew the vehicles inside and out. We highly recommend him, he is very straight forward. We also worked with Mr. Rosario, and found him to be very vigilant in trying to close the deal, in a good negotiating way. Overall everyone was very professional, and we found there trade-in value to be the highest of the several dealerships we visited that week, without adding the trade-in value amount they give you, right back onto your new finance or lease. Will definitely be there again when its time for a vehicle change!! More

My wife and I went through a terrible experience of having our new 2013 Nissan Sentra totalled not even a month after we closed the deal. After going through the pain of the back and forth with the ins having our new 2013 Nissan Sentra totalled not even a month after we closed the deal. After going through the pain of the back and forth with the insurance company of the at-fault driver who hit us, I thought I was going to have to do the exact same thing with Nissan to get the great deal we got on the first Sentra. I first walked in and was warmly greeted by the receptionist who immediately called for a sales rep to assist me. That was when I met Robert Regan and is the first car salesman I've ever met who GENUINELY cares about you as a consumer and cares more about your experience with the sale than the dollar amount attached to it. After explaining my story about what happened to our car, he guaranteed he would do whatever it took to get us the right deal. After going back and forth with the dollar amount, I was then introduced with Mark Perryman the GM of the dealership who wanted to hear about our story personally. Mark, made me feel confident and comfortable that the dealership had our best interest at heart not theirs. We got the deal we could afford and I know they did everything they could possibly do to get that done. Robert was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we got and took the time to thoroughly go back through the features and specs of the Sentra and actually taught us a couple new things about the vehicle I never knew about from the first Sentra. He was quick to serve our needs (finished the deal in a couple hours) and communicated every single move along the way. Mark was extremely personable and made purchasing a vehicle through Wesley Chapel Nissan that much better. We've always been loyal Toyota drivers but after this experience (which surpasses ANY car deal I've ever made a million times over), Wesley Chapel Nissan has earned our business and loyalty from my wife and I moving forward.
