So I called the dealership and explained my situation that I needed to get my car fixed asap and I couldn't wait several days for an appointment; So they let me speak with Steve Shaw the service director who was polite, diligent, and all in all just so amazing and helpful! He told me to come in right then no appointment necessary and that he would personally see to the diagnosis and repair of my altima in a more than timely fashion. I was in and out in no time they fixed my altenator and even changed the oil for free! More
