We love our new Altima! We worked with David Keller who was extremely helpful. We were searching for a new car but were not ready to buy until we worked with David. I recently had major repairs done to my I35 Infiniti. My service advisor was Mike Bonello. I was having problems with the car on a Wednesday morning and called the dealership. I got Mike in service and ex service advisor was Mike Bonello. I was having problems with the car on a Wednesday morning and called the dealership. I got Mike in service and explained what was happening and asked him if he had any openings. He told me to bring it in immediately and they would take a look at it. After about an hour at the dealership, Mike took me out to my car and explained what they were going to do. Since it required major work I received a loaner car. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike called on Thursday and talked to my wife explaining what they had found and explained in detail the repairs and the cost. On Friday morning Mike called me and said the work was completed. When I picked it up, Mike had washed it, cleaned the windows in and out and had given me a free oil change. Mike was a true professional and provided outstanding customer service. I've never been to a dealership that offers this kind of customer service. It is truly refreshing to see this now days. My next new car will be a Nissan and I will purchase it from Wesley Chapel Nissan. Thank you for a great experience. More
