Oh man, where do I begin? First of all, I have been to Ferman Nissan and here. The were no comparison. I thought I had no hope with my vehicle being upside down, at going for a new car, and this Team mad Ferman Nissan and here. The were no comparison. I thought I had no hope with my vehicle being upside down, at going for a new car, and this Team made it posible. You guys were very nice and worked real hard to get me where I needed to be. The patience, and sense of humor my main man, my salesman, Anthony Bolin, was outstanding. It was a three day affair of not knowing whether I can trade in my old vehicle in for the upgraded Armada of my dreams, and with his pursistant diligence, he made it possible. From the first day I came in, I recieved friendly service and left without a sale. He then gave me a call just to let me know that I was not forgotten, nor was I given up on.He worked after hours, for many hours working on getting me into the vehicle I wanted, and always put my best interest at heart, which made me feel like this wasnt just all about sales. He even thanked me for my military service! Although, the youngest of my family are not ready to purchase vehicles, he entertained them as his guest. It really made me feel like a valued customer. My family has been doing business with one dealership in Miami (Headquarter Toyota)for decades, and I can honestly say that since I moved up here, I formed a bond with Wesley Chapel Nissan. We had a unique situation as we were trying to sell my car and trying to trade my husbands car which had negative equity in. We had a bad experience the previous day at another dealership and we needed to car and trying to trade my husbands car which had negative equity in. We had a bad experience the previous day at another dealership and we needed to keep our monthly payments under a certain amount. Troy and the general manager, Glen, worked with us to get us over $250 less momthly than the other dealership for a brand new Pathfinder with more features. They also bought my car and gave us a great deal, and took my husbands car in trade so he could get rid of his negative equity. Troy was the best car salesman I've worked with-- he was honest, to the point, and dedicated to getting us what we wanted. He and his team thought "outside the box" to get our payments where they needed to be. We were so impressed with the level of service they provided, we will definitely be coming back to Nissan of Wesley Chapel to lease our next cars! If you are looking for a great car at a realistic price and great customer service, I would highly recommend you go straight to Troy Stevenson-- don't waste your time at other dealerships!
