Wesley Chapel Nissan

I recently had major repairs done to my I35 Infiniti. My service advisor was Mike Bonello. I was having problems with the car on a Wednesday morning and called the dealership. I got Mike in service and explained what was happening and asked him if he had any openings. He told me to bring it in immediately and they would take a look at it. After about an hour at the dealership, Mike took me out to my car and explained what they were going to do. Since it required major work I received a loaner car. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike called on Thursday and talked to my wife explaining what they had found and explained in detail the repairs and the cost. On Friday morning Mike called me and said the work was completed. When I picked it up, Mike had washed it, cleaned the windows in and out and had given me a free oil change. Mike was a true professional and provided outstanding customer service. I've never been to a dealership that offers this kind of customer service. It is truly refreshing to see this now days. My next new car will be a Nissan and I will purchase it from Wesley Chapel Nissan. Thank you for a great experience. More

Oh man, where do I begin? First of all, I have been to Ferman Nissan and here. The were no comparison. I thought I had no hope with my vehicle being upside down, at going for a new car, and this Team mad Ferman Nissan and here. The were no comparison. The patience, and sense of humor my main man, my salesman, Anthony Bolin, was outstanding. It was a three day affair of not knowing whether I can trade in my old vehicle in for the upgraded Armada of my dreams, and with his pursistant diligence, he made it possible. From the first day I came in, I recieved friendly service and left without a sale. He then gave me a call just to let me know that I was not forgotten, nor was I given up on.He worked after hours, for many hours working on getting me into the vehicle I wanted, and always put my best interest at heart, which made me feel like this wasnt just all about sales. He even thanked me for my military service! Although, the youngest of my family are not ready to purchase vehicles, he entertained them as his guest. It really made me feel like a valued customer. My family has been doing business with one dealership in Miami (Headquarter Toyota)for decades, and I can honestly say that since I moved up here, I formed a bond with Wesley Chapel Nissan. We had a unique situation as we were trying to sell my car and trying to trade my husbands car which had negative equity in. We had a bad experience the previous day at another dealership and we needed to car and trying to trade my husbands car which had negative equity in. Troy and the general manager, Glen, worked with us to get us over $250 less momthly than the other dealership for a brand new Pathfinder with more features. They also bought my car and gave us a great deal, and took my husbands car in trade so he could get rid of his negative equity. Troy was the best car salesman I've worked with-- he was honest, to the point, and dedicated to getting us what we wanted. He and his team thought "outside the box" to get our payments where they needed to be. We were so impressed with the level of service they provided, we will definitely be coming back to Nissan of Wesley Chapel to lease our next cars!
