The two sales persons I worked with were excellent, although the five and a half hours spent trying to get financing was not pleasant. Had a very pleasant car buying experience with Adam as my internet sales person. I needed to get a car quickly as mine had a catastrophic failure and I had some major credit challanges. A friend told me about the R.A.A.P. program and I found that Wesley Chapel Nissan was a participating dealer. Even though I had to get my car through this program, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness and as if I were a "normal" customer. Jerry Barreto and Steve Jarco (the R.A.A.P. rep) could not have been nicer or more helpful. They really went above and beyond, especially since I did not arrive at the dealership until about 7pm on a Friday night and did not drive off the lot until about 10:35pm. Jerry and Steve stayed and made sure I was set up, all my questions were answered and that I was good to go. It was an excellent experience. Everyone that I encountered at the Dealership was friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcome. Once I am back on my feet and ready to trade my current vehicle in, I am very likley to return to Wesley Chapel Nissan to purchase another car. The way that I was treated speaks volumes about this dealerships' dedication to true customer service. More

I've had my eye on the Nissan Juke for quite a while, now. I built my perfect car on the Nissan website many times, and finally, there was nothing left to do but test-drive it. Through email, I got in touch with Adam Clarke, who set up an appointment for a test-drive. Once I got to Wesley Chapel Nissan, I worked mostly with Robert Regan, who test-drove the vehicle with me, and patiently answered all of my questions (some of them several times over, I'm sure). Everyone I encountered at the dealership was extremely friendly, and made the experience very smooth. I'm sure I was the only person surprised when I left the lot with a brand new Juke that evening. Both Robert and Adam were easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and had no problem answering any questions I had about the car. Both seemed excited about the Juke and all its fun capabilities and shiny buttons, which encouraged me to make my decision quickly. It also helped that they both had great personalities, and didn't make me uncomfortable with any pressure to buy, or over-the-top schmoozing. Thanks, guys! You found me exactly what I wanted. Now I'm driving around with an idiotic grin, showing off my fantastic Juke to anyone that looks at it twice (that's a lot of showing off). I would reccommend this internet sales team to anyone looking for a great buying experience. More
