Everything about my experience with Wesley Chaple Nissan was excellent. We drove 2 hours to the dealership and it was completely worth it. Adam and Wade were extremely helpful and patient. I purchased a used car which had a minor issue during the test drive. To keep me from having to drive all the way back to the dealership I was treated to lunch and the minor issue was taken care of right then. What a great team! More

The minute I arrived to the dealership I was treated with 100% respect. Adam and Steven never pressured me about purchasing the vehicle, They gave me space to look at the car and talk to my wife. My wife and I went into the dealership with a Budget and they did what it took to meet our budget. The word Can't, wasn't in their vocabulary.I will be bringing my Altima to Wesley Chapel Nissan for all my Maintenance's. Awesome experience! This is probably the first time every that my wife and I had a pleasant experience buying a car. From start to finish, we were very happy. We went to the dealer asking for Ada every that my wife and I had a pleasant experience buying a car. From start to finish, we were very happy. We went to the dealer asking for Adam through a recommendation, which is always a good start. Adam was attentive, honest, and very patient. He when through all our long list of questions with no pressure, and made us feel extremely comfortable. We would definitely recommend him. We also had the opportunity to meet and discuss a few things with Troy (Adam’s manager). He was very informative and went beyond just honestly answering our questions. Obviously very knowledgeable, he explained things without the “Dealer” talk, which was such a nice change. Lastly, after making the discussion to purchase, we worked with Jon (finance), which was another wonderful experience. He went over every piece of the transaction, again answering all of our questions, and worked really hard to get us the best finance deal. Everyone there treated us like real people, and not just another potential sale. This was so refreshing. Thanks again! More

I have to say after my third car experience with this particular Nissan dealership it will be my last. I was in last night because I was called and told there were new deals going on and being that I was particular Nissan dealership it will be my last. I was in last night because I was called and told there were new deals going on and being that I was coming up on the end of my lease I was told I could get my monthly payment down. To make a long story short I was going over numbers with Robert back and forth he said he could get my payments down from $429/mo to $400/mo on a new lease. I then told him that I had no problem waiting until my current lease was up and I would just purchase the Pathfinder because I kept it in good shape and liked the car. I wanted to find out what my buyout would bring my payments down to. He then came back with a number of $390. He told me that they could get me into a new lease for the 2012 Pathfinder for the same payment I would have if I bought my current one after my lease was up. I thought this was a good deal so I said to go ahead with it. Then, going over the initial paperwork I asked him “how long is the lease going to be” he then said “I’m not sure what the finance guy has it written up as”. This is the second time that I asked about the lease for the new car. Then after about an hour and a half wait to get the finance part done the finance guy tells me that my payments were going to be $403/mo. This was not acceptable because Robert told me the payments were going to be $390/mo. Also keep in mind my main motivation for coming in that day was because I was told I could get my monthly payments down; otherwise I would have waited for the current lease to expire and buy what I had. Now this is where it gets to be (for me) a feeling of sneaky salesman stuff which I didn’t expect from Wesley Chapel Nissan based on my past experiences. The finance guy points at the scratch paper that Robert went over with me and it said $390’s (with the apostrophe “s”). That’s not what I discussed with Robert. I said “If you can get me into a new lease with that payment ($390/mo) I will do that rather than wait out my current lease and buy the truck I had”. Then, I guess being distracted by the payment issue and having Robert come into the finance guy’s office and discussing the issue I didn't realize that the amount of time I would be paying was 75 months which apparently is NOT A LEASE and is a PURCHASE. I didn't see this until I got home because I was still under the impression that I was going to lease and trusted we were on the same page. This made me angry because I felt like I was duped after all was said and done. I realize part of it is my fault because I didn't go over everything with a fine tooth comb but I felt like I didn't have to because I had good experiences in the past. It is too bad because like I said, this is the third car I have got from Wesley Chapel Nissan and never thought this was the type of people I was dealing with. It’s also too bad because while I was moving my personal stuff from my old truck to the new one I was looking at the certified pre owned cars. My daughter has just turned 16 and my wife and I were discussing getting a car for her and the certified pre owned seemed like a good idea. Well this will not happen obviously and neither I nor my wife will be back to purchase or lease from you this dealership again. Thank You, Chad Guiney More
