We went to Nissan on saturday to have an oil change on our Altima, which we had purchased from the same dealership two years ago. As we were walking around the lot to entertain our son, Adam came up to us very friendly and attentive answering any questions we had. We were not in the market to buy another car just yet. We were telling him that our family was expanding and we needed a bigger car eventually to fit everyone. We ended up testing out the pathfinder and went home with it. They gave us an offer we could not refuse. Jon and Adam were a great help. They worked with us and got us exactly what we needed. We recommend this dealer to everyone. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE EXTREMELY IGNORANT AND RUDE. THEY BEGIN THE CAR BUYING PROCESS WITH FILLIG OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK FOR THE CAR AND GIVING YOU THE KEYS, THEN YOU GO TO EXTREMELY IGNORANT AND RUDE. WHEN WE DEMANDED WE USE OUR BANKS FINANCING, HE GOT SNOTY WITH US. I DID LEAVE WITH THE 2013 ALTIMA AND LOVED IT. ON MONDAY I WENT BACK TO HAVE IT WASHED, ON TUESDAY I RETURNED THE KEYS TO THE CAR I TRADED IN. THESE TWO DAYS I HEARD NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE FINANCING OF MY VEHCILE. THAT FRIDAY, I GOT A CALL THAT THEY WANTED ANOTHER $3500 FROM ME. I TOLD THEM TO LOOK FOR OTHER FINANCING AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY FIND. ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2012 2 WEEKS LATER, I GOT A CALL THAT I NEEDED TO BRING THE CAR BACK AND GET MY CAR BACK. I SPOKE TO THE SALESMAN, JAMES LAGUNA, WHO HAD NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON... OR SO HE CLAIMED. I THEN SPOKE TO RICO, THE SALES MANAGER, WHO TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR BACK NOW OR HE WILL CALL AND REPORT IT STOLEN. THEY NEVER TRIED TO WORK WITH US ON GETTING OTHER FINANCING, SIMPLY TOLD ME TO BRING THE CAR BACK OR ELSE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T RETURN THE CAR TODAY, HE WOULD SEND A TOW TRUCK OUT TO PICK IT UP. I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP TO RETURN THE CAR. WHEN I ARRIVED I WAS OBVIOUSLY EXTREMELY UPSET ABOUT THIS. THEY AGAIN THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I WAS OBVIOUSLY UPSET AT THE WAY THEY HAD HANDLED THE SITUATION. THEY NEVER DID CALL THE POLICE, BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY THEY HAD NO LEG TO STAND ON. THEY HAVE DECIEVED ME AND LIED TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES. THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOT A BANK THAT WOULD FINANCE THIS VEHICLE BECAUSE MY MOTHER WAS PUTTING IT IN HER NAME, BUT I WAS THE DRIVER. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. I SPOKE TO MY BANK PRIOR TO RETURNING THE CALL AND FOUND OUT THAT THEY DO NOT CARE WHO IS DRIVING THE CAR. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY PEOPLE SINCE AND FOUND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO SOMEONE. THEY SELL CARS AND THEN TELL YOU TO PUT MORE MONEY DOWN AFTER YOU HAVE HAD THE CAR AWHILE. THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME ON MONDAY AFTER THEY SPOKE TO THE BANK TO TELL ME THEY WANTED MORE MONEY DOWN, IF THAT WAS THE CASE. NOT 1 WEEK LATER. THEY SHOULD HAVE HAD ME COME IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO TO DISCUSS OTHER FINANCING OPTIONS, NOT 1 WEEK LATER. THREATHENING TO CALL THE COPS ON ME WAS DISGUSTING ENOUGH. I RECOMMEND NOBODY EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU INTO A CAR, THEN TELL YOU TO RETURN IT OR ELSE THEY WILL CALL THE COPS ON YOU. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I RETURNED THE CAR WITHOUT MUCH MORE A FIGHT BECAUSE I REFUSE TO LET A COMPANY MAKE MONEY OFF OF ME AFTER THIS BEHAVIOR. More

Wesley Chapel Nissan is a great dealership. I started on the internet and talked with sales people from Ferman, Autoway and Wesley Chapel Nissan. We wanted a Rogue and finally decided to test drive one at Wesley Chapel dealership, where we met Robert Regan. After the test drive we negotiated a price and selected sliver with black interior on Special Edition Rogue. While Robert was doing the paper work my wife and I were just looking around the showroom and saw this 2012 Maxima with a sun roof, power seats, etc. with a price of just a few thousand more than the Rogue. We stopped the paper work on the Rogue and bought the Maxima. We are very pleased with the service and patience of Robert. The finance manager, Jon White was also very helpful. Over the years, I have lost track but I think, this is my 5th Maxima, at one time we had sixteen employees and they all drove nissans, company cars. Before we retired in 2008 my wife had a G35 Coupe and I drove an M45. Two of the five children drive Nissan vehicles. We are very pleased and hope the service department is as good as Robert and Jon.
