We weren't even thinking about purchasing a vehicle on 9/22/12. We happen to be going to run an errand and we seen this happy guy jumping around in the heat with a sign. We made a U-turn to see what was the commotion and Adam readily attended us. We were in the market to buying a car and was turned off from Wesley Chapel Toyota on their service and didn't want to do that again (that dealership had us in their office for over 3 hours and didn't give us what we wanted). So Adam was so wonderful in getting what we wanted and into a car that we liked. We have given refrences to a few of our friends to go here and we have a son that soon will need a car and my husband may need to upgrade his car too. We will defintely come back here to get out next two cars and recommend to our friends and family to come and buy from this location. THANK YOU ADAM! More
I am very impressed with the level of professionalism that I encountered here. After having visited other dealers in the area, I was ready to give up because I couldn't stand being "sold". Christian was very "need based" in his approach and actually matched my needs appropriate vehicles. I never felt that it was about the price of the car as much as meeting my requirements. A very welcomed change. Steve, the credit manager, was also very professional and did his best to address those requirements also. This is my fourth Nissan, so I know the quality of the cars. This is a tremendous dealership and I say that because of the following employee's: Troy Stevenson, Adam Clarke and Jon White (and I'm saying this after meeting with them only once). Don't even have the slig the following employee's: Troy Stevenson, Adam Clarke and Jon White (and I'm saying this after meeting with them only once). Don't even have the slightest doubt about dealing with them. They went above and beyond for me. Im not saying anything bad about other dealerships but, what took others dealers months to do for me (til the point I could no longer wait); Troy Stevenson, Adam Clarke and Jon White did in about 1-2 hours max. Troy Stevenson, Adam Clarke and Jon White know what they are doing. This is the only place one should go if they want to buy a car only because of Troy Stevenson, Adam Clarke and Jon White. I can go on and on about these 3 gentlemen but, I won't have enough room here to do that. I want to say to Troy Stevenson, Adam Clarke and Jon White: you each need to move up in this company as high as you can/desire (you all have what it takes, all the qualities and you each deserve it)! This was my first visit to Wesley Chapel Nissan and we were greeted by James Laguna a salesman in the parking lot as my wife and I approached the dealership with a big smile and a very strong handshake. James asked why we were there and we explained we where possibly looking to buy a new Altima. James invited us in and he took alittle information from us and then we proceeded to look at several Altima's. After deciding on a special Altima we headed back to work out the deal. After being offered something to drink we went back and forth with offers and counter offers and we finally both agreed on an exceptable price and financing. My wife and I have bought several Nissan products thru the years mainly from another dealership who then changed hands and under the new name and owners we always felt they could care less about us and our business. At Wesley Chapel and with James we never felt that way at all. In fact James took the time to explain everything in detail and always with a smile. We could tell he wanted our business and we were willing to give it to James and Wesley Chapel. As for referring other folks to Wesley Chapel Nissan we willo but we live about 30 miles from the dealership and I doubt others will go that far given we have another Nissan dealership within 7 miles from our house. The ride for us was well worth the trip not only because of the way we were treated but for the great car and price we paid. I would refer Wesley Chapel Nissan to my friends and neighbors with great pride knowing they too will be treated with respect and kindness. James always had what I call a CUSTOMER SMILE> More

Richard Bowen worked diligently in helping us revolve an minor issue before buying our car. James was the first person to approach me during a tent sale that was happening near where I worked and he was super friendly. We talked a little but I had to leave quickly due to the fact that I was on my sale that was happening near where I worked and he was super friendly. When Sunday came around, all the employees were pretty busy including James, who saw I was there and handed me off to Richard. While Richard was helping me search for a car, James would check in with us to see how the search was going when he had a break from his client. Both were super helpful and didn't try to pressure me into getting a car I did not want. Originally I went with the intention of getting a used car but I ended up with a new 2012 Nissan Juke (that I love.) Both James and Richard were super helpful and patient with me trying to figure out what kind of car I wanted and with practically my entire family giving their own two cents on everything that was discussed. Long story short: I would recommend any friends or family I have looking for a car to go to Wesley Chapel Nissan and see James. :) More
I am 73 years old and buying cars since I was 17 yrs. I wield and dealed at GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota and Honda showrooms. On September 10th I walked into the Wesley Chapel Nissan, my first time at a Niss wield and dealed at GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota and Honda showrooms. On September 10th I walked into the Wesley Chapel Nissan, my first time at a Nissan Delership. I met Troy Stevenson and Robert Regan and told them I was interested in a Quest and would like to test drive one. After reviewing my option requirements, I drove an SL and liked it. Now came the time for the (dreaded) wielding and dealing. Well, the laugh was on me, we sat and calmly discussed price, trade-in, Lease or purchase, etc. as gentlemen and came to an agreement. I left with my Nissan Quest extreemely satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated. Rest assured I will be back and also spread the word of how I was treated. Thank you Troy and Robert!
