I am a 60yr female purchesing an automobile on my on for the first time. Found this dealership on line and decided to give them a try, and they were very accomadating. I was very impressed with the help I received from a young man by the name of Robert Regan. When I arrived at the dealer I expected to be bombarded by salesman but surprisingly that did't happen. I acutally had to ask for someone at the help desk, luckly I had been contacted by Robert Regan and Steven Jargo after I requested an online qoute. These 2 guys worked dilligently for the next 3 hours (as I was on a tight time schedule)to get me in,qualified,and out of the dealership with a brand new car, without the hassel and haggeling one normally experience on a car buying trip. Special Thanks to everyone in the shop that helped to make this happen and a special Thank You to Steven Jargo in finance and Robert Regan in internet sales. I went to W C Nissan on a Sunday. I met with Troy as soon as I arrived,we went to his office & went over a few things & then on a test drive in a 2013 Altima. Prior to coming in to see Richard Bowen, I have bought 5 cars from another dealership in the past. When I went in to my old dealership it was not the same no more. It seem they did not want to meet my finan cars from another dealership in the past. When I went in to my old dealership it was not the same no more. It seem they did not want to meet my finance needs and did not offer to show me other cars. They had there mine set on one vehicle for me. I walked in to Nisan which Richard was highly recommended to me. He was so patient, and I actually was looking for a SUV, but I end up with a beautiful 2010 "clean" Toyota Camery. He spent at least 5 hours with us, plus went out of his way and wash our car himself. He made sure I got the best deal, and I didn't even try to lower the price. Richard understood my financial needs and he delivered. Richard is a rare sales man who is honest and humbled. I felt I knew Richard all my life, that is how he makes you feel.
