I went into the store not knowing what to expect; but, I had prayed and was hoping that this would be the place where God would use someone to help,and get me into a nice car that i really wanted. Before coming to the store; for the past two weeks I turly did experience some bad customer service treatment, and some really bad business ethics from some other car dealership's sales professionals. By the time I arrived at Wesley Chapel Nissan I was feeling a little discouraged. Troy Stevenson waited on me along with his associated Adam Clark!!! What a differenc in the overall customer service!!! Adam met me at the door with a great big smile and friendly hello and Troy was exactly the same way!!! Troy listened to me, he heard me saying what i wanted in a car, even the color!!! He worked at it, he took the time and made sure that hegot t had gotton the best deal for me. He put me into a car that was exceedingly and abundantly and above what i came in expecting!!! I THANK GOD THAT I WENT TO WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN!!! I LOVE MY NEW BLACK ALTIMA!!!! More

This was an amazing experience! Everyone was very friendly as soon as we walked through the door. I already knew what car I wanted to look at and Richard brought it up in less than 2 minutes. The sales associate was very informative and not pushy at all. I HATE pushy sales people. After the test drive Richard, my cousin, and myself went back in forth with pricing, but it was always in a fun and joking manner. I still wasn't pleased with the price so Ricardo was brought into the picture. By this time it was around lunch time and we (my cousin and I) were feeling kind of hungry and I my mind was a little fuzzy (I didn't want to make a decision on an empty stomach). So, you know what they did? They bought us lunch! Very unnecessary, but very much appreciated. We finally met on a price that worked for me and I was thrilled with the team at Wesley Chapel Nissan because I felt like they were very genuine. I do have one complaint. A few days after I purchased my car I was contacted and told that I owed the dealership money to complete my payoff. Apparently, they estimated my payoff and it was under what I owed. I wasn't aware that it was an estimate and I remember telling them we could wait until Monday when Grow Financial was available to get the information. When we started doing the paper work I assumed they found the exact amount I still owed. I feel like 1 of 2 things should have happened here. One, they should have waited until Monday like I asked or two, they should have made it very clear that the amount was an estimate that could possibly be more or less. More
Troy worked with us so well to make sure that I got the best interest rate, price, and all the things I wanted in a used car. He wasn't pushy and let us know everything we needed to know up front. Cassandra was great. She was very friendly and made my wife & i feel very comfortable. The dealership staff was very friendly as well. Everyone who saw us made sure the spoke to us.
