He kept us in the loop by calling us back when promised, worked diligently to get us the interest rate and payment we were trying to receive. He was up front and honest about everything. He wasn't pushy and gave us the time we needed to make the right decision for our family. Another bank called us the next morning and offered us a better rate (they had to verify info bc of a fraud alert on my credit report) and Troy had all the papers there ready for us to sign so we didn't have to wait. The normal policy for Wesley Chapel is to give a $25 voucher for gas on a pre-owned vehicle. I spoke with Richard Bowen to see if he could give us a full tank of gas (which would go WAY over the $25 voucher) and he agreed. And we are very appreciative of that bc it was $60 to fill us up. He went above typical policy to meet our request. There were a few things in the vehicle that needed to be fix and I have an appointment with the service department on Tuesday to get these corrections made in a timely manner. We have had a wonderful experience and just wish we lived closer to the dealership so we could have more regular maintenance. More
For the first time, I can say I enjoyed buying a car. The staff was courteous everyone was upbeat and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing! I actually had fun. Before this I had just spent 2.5 hours at the Nissan dealer on Hillsborough and left in disgust. I called Jorge Morfa at Wesley Chapel, told him what I wanted. When I arrived he had found exactly what I wanted and parked it at the front door! I test drove it and agreed on a price in the first 30 minutes. What a difference in dealerships! I would recommend Jorge and the whole staff at Wesley Chapel Nissan to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you, Mark More
I purchased a 2005 Altima from this dealership and after several run ins with the service dept, I vowed never to go back to the dealership again. I needed a passenger side tail light asssembly and called several run ins with the service dept, I vowed never to go back to the dealership again. I needed a passenger side tail light asssembly and called the dealership as to availability. I was told that the part would have to be ordered and was subsequently connected to service. What a surprise. I was greated warmly, told how much the labor would cost and when the part arrived the service area would contact me for installation. I spoke to Sean (no last name, but hew ws great.) I went into the showroom to look at the 2012 Altimas and was greated by Adam Clarke. He was knowledgeable, and friendly, asked the right questions and I ended up buying a new Altima and trading in the old Altima. The finance guy was great, and the young women that handled to Go program was terrific. I returned to the dealership to find out how to do something on the car and the service people were just great. I am back and will continue to use the services of Wesley Chapel Nissan going forward. The image has changed for the better. Keep up the good work. Harold Soskin More

A good experience overall. No overly aggressive sales tactics. They wanted my business and we talked until we came to an agreement. I knew what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. Trade-in value met my expectations and I drove off feeling satisfied with the deal I made. James Laguna was attentive and patient while my wife and I were making decisions. Gave us plenty of information to work with. Richard Bowen was the money man and we didn't play games with each other. We worked on the price for about 5 minutes and did the deal. I don't like games. I do my homework before I walk in and I expect to be treated seriously. I absolutley felt I was with these guys. The process takes a while and I wish it could be faster but test drives, color and option choices, pricing, financing and detailing had us there for 3 1/2 hours. I guess it's to be expected for a purchase of this size. I've purchased at least 20 new cars that I can remember. This was as good an experience as I've ever had. More

I've purchased 4 new cars and 1 used car from Wesley Chapel Nissan. My husband and I were in the show room and John and Jason remembered us from the last vehicles that we bought over a year ago (we both Chapel Nissan. When we arrived this last week, they were very busy and Troy was there in plain clothes and wasn't scheduled to work. He saw that we needed help and was at our service--he's the internet director and by the way HE'S AWESOME--and for a lack of a better term, he KICKS ASS!! Jason, John and Troy have been very personable!!!! My husband and I were VERY specific about what we wanted, and left with the vehicle with all the specifications requested and we got an amazing deal as usual. Troy worked very hard to find it and was able to locate the vehicle at another dealership. In less than 24 hours, we picked up the car. Buying a car is not always a good experience and Troy made it the most pleasant experience we've ever had. Thanks Guys!! We'll be back for the 6th and 7th vehicles!!!!!!!!! More
