I had a great experiance. I was just shopping around and toying with the idea of a new car. They found out what i was looking for and found me the right car that met those needs. The sales process was laid toying with the idea of a new car. They found out what i was looking for and found me the right car that met those needs. The sales process was laid back and they allowed me time to think about my decision. They showed confidence in their product by allowing me to "shop around" knowing that i would return. I did. They really worked a great deal for me wihtout the usual car dealer BS. I didn't even have to beat them up like i've had to do in the past at other dealers. They wanted to SELL me the car and they did SELL me the car. I am happy to be a first time Nissan owner and will return for future car purchases. I am VERY happy! Matt More
Cassandra is fantastic!!! She was able to sell me a 2009 Nissan Sentra in mint condition with relatively low mileage. I was in a bit of a bind because I suddenly found myself in need of a third car due to c Nissan Sentra in mint condition with relatively low mileage. I was in a bit of a bind because I suddenly found myself in need of a third car due to changing schedules in my household, I had to get a car within 2 days. Cassandra took the challenge, i was straight forward with my budget and was originally looking at an altima that was 4 years older with almost 100,000 miles. She was able to get me in a much newer car in much better condition with 35k miles less and keep me within my budget, the best part, $0 DOWN!!! I recommend you ask for Cassndra if you go to WCN, she listens well, is not pushy, and works hard to make things happen for the customer. My wife HATES Car Salespeople and she loved Cassandra. We will be in need of a new car in a couple of years and we really hope Cassandra is still with WCN because we would not want to deal with anyone else. We dealt with Jon White briefly since he does finance but he was great too. More
I went to Nissan that Saturday, feeling a bit nervous about trying to buy a car. My husband and I had gone through a number of financial losses in 2011 which had affected my credit in a negative way. To make things worse we ended up, having only one car in the family to get 4 people where they needed to be. Having only one old car, severely limited our ability to earn an income. I am a Realtor and my husband works in construction. We desperately needed a second car in order to do the things we do for work and our family. So that day I decided to face the fear of rejection, head on, and stepped out in faith to try. Troy was very helpful, understanding of our situation and encouraging. He was able to find financing for me and I ended up with a car which I love and which is helps me to meet my real estate clients any time! Thanks to Troy and Wesley Chapel Nissan we are well on our way to rebuilding our credit and our careers. We can now earn income which we couldn't earn, without adequate transportation. I would like to start with saying Chris Hall was great, very helpful, friendly, pleasant, nothing wrong with Chris Hall whatsoever..... My entire experience with Chris Hall was fine.... BUT, Mr. Richard very helpful, friendly, pleasant, nothing wrong with Chris Hall whatsoever..... My entire experience with Chris Hall was fine.... BUT, Mr. Richard Bowen on the orther hand is the worst ever... I have never experienced such a rude person at a place where I was told they wanted to "aggressively" sell cars... he named the price for my trade in and then was uncomfortable with it because "my car wasn't in the book". He repeated that sentence at least 10 times, that is all I kept hearing from his mouth.... therefore he didn't want to negotiate on the price of the car at all, because he was not comfortable with the trade in allowance he chose. I was there that Saturday to BUY a car from Chris, we had an appointment that morning. I have excellent credit and could have purchased any car on that lot. But, after contact with Mr. Richard Bowen and his attitude and rude behavior he lost a deal for Chris and Wesley Chapel Nissan.. I left, went to Lokey Nissan, got a better Altima with more features and accessories for the exact price and trade in I had asked for at Wesley Chapel, got free lifetime warranty on the power train like Wesley Chapel, plus free oil changes for life too. Oh and the windows tinted for free that Mr. Richard Bowen offered to me at cost of $160.00 ... but they were including the "appearance package" for $899.00 some ugly modling that didn't match the color of the car and oh yeah pinstripeing, is this the 70's really pinstripe I would NEVER recommend anyone to this dealership, the complete opposite, I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to Wesley Chapel Nissan and my advice to Chris was if Mr. Richard Bowen is your back up, find yourself another line of work or another dealership. I called to obtain email addresses for Rick, Glenn and Mr. Richard Bowen and was hung up on and I then called back and was asked who I was and why I wanted email addresses as if I were asking for their personal bank account numbers or something, it was a WORK email address to write them about my experience. I purchased my first new Nissan from WCN 4 years ago. I recently returned to inquire the trade-in value of that vehicle.
