My experience with purchasing a new car at Wesley Chapel Missan was fabulous! First of all, I was taken on two test drives personally by Sales Manager Richard Bowen. He was so personable and knowledgable Missan was fabulous! First of all, I was taken on two test drives personally by Sales Manager Richard Bowen. He was so personable and knowledgable that I decided to purchase the second car I drove, the Rogue, at that time, even though I was planning to make the purchase two or three weeks later. After a few days, Mr. Bowen contacted me by e-mail. When I decided to proceed with the purchase, I contacted Mr. Bowen and asked him to secure financing for me, which he did within two hours. We then made arrangements for me to pick up the car on that Saturday. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Mr. Bowen introduced me to Chris Hall, who immediately began extending great customer care to me. While he arranged to have the car detailed, I worked with Finance Manager Jon White to take care of all paperwork. Like everyone else I met at the dealership, Mr. White was extremely sharp and was able to answer every question I had in a pleasant and efficient manner. When the car was ready, Mr. Hall took me over every detail of the car and showed me how everything worked. He asked me to call him if I had any questions. Since the purchase of the car, I have needed to contact Mr. Hall on a few occasions, and he has provided me with the most excellent customer service I could ask for. I highly recommend these three employees and Wesley Chapel Nissan to everyone (and I have bragged about this experience to my friends)! Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. More

As a first time buyer without credit and freshly graduated from school, the sales reps were so friendly and knowledgeable. The team was phenomenal in getting me the best deal possible for my situation. My family and I were treated with respect and kindness. I got a brand new versa hatch with special edition features, which is a beautiful and convenient car to start off my new career with. The staff provided me with all the info I needed about the car. They gave me a good price and good deal overall!! They stayed in touch througout the whole process and were very reachable whenever my father or I had any questions. The experience was so smooth that I recommended my brother who will be buying a car from Wesley Chapel Nissan in the near future! In fact I will recommend this dealership highly to everyone I know! Melvin and Richard are a great combination. In fact, every employee at this dealership provides the cutsomer with wonderful service! Thank you Wesley Chapel NISSAN!! More

I was very happy with this dealership. I completed my financial application online. I was contacted for more info by two very nice representatives, Mike, Jon Paul & Melvin. I was called the day before financial application online. I was contacted for more info by two very nice representatives, Mike, Jon Paul & Melvin. I was called the day before my appointment to confirm. When we got there so many people ask if we needed help or if we were being helped. So much attention, I felt very special. While we were waiting, we were treated to fresh popped popcorn (very nice touch), the kind like when you were a kid at the movies or circus...Nice! Of course, I was given top dollar for my old vehicle & rode off with a beautiful pre-owned vehicle that I love! Thanks to all @ Wesley Chapel for all your help & blessing me with my new car.
