My wife and I were in the market for a second vehicle with good gas milage. We had been prospecting the Nissan Versa. When car pooling had become enough of a nuisance we decided to give Troy a call. From the first interaction with Troy, I was very pleased. He made it a point to treat me with hometown hospitality, as we were both from New York originally and had family in the same town. I really wasn't looking forward to the negotiation process and Troy was very in tune with my needs. He's a straight shooter. He set me straight about some misconceptions that I had about the Versa market and even though I didn't always like what I was hearing, I appreciated his honesty. He was very professional throughout the process and in the end I feel that he did well by my family. Thank you Troy for all your help. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I have always liked Nissan and this experience was again a very positive one. I would also like to recognize GM Rick Rosado and our buddy Wade who was also a pleasant part of the experience. One day we will be back for the Armada boys! No pressure whatsoever. I really looked forward to meeting the sales team. My husband and I live in Cape Coral which is 2 hrs. away from Wesley Chapel, but sometimes in order to get the best deal you have to look outside your general location. From the moment we pulled up to the dealership to the moment we left, my family was treated with the upmost respect and we could tell that this dealership took pride in customer satisfaction. I was extremely impressed! They cared more about my family's need than a quick profit and Chris Hall really made the entire car buying experience a pleasure. He fought hard for us to get into that SUV. Richard Bowen and the General Manager Glen were absolutely AWESOME!! We went in with a deal in mind and walked away with an even better one!! It really blew us away! They have no idea how much they have touched my family. I've owned Nissan vehicles since 2007 and am very happy with them. I've bought both my Nissans from Wesley Chapel Nissan and was pleased until now. I visited them because they kept on sending letters and offers because I am a great customer (their words). However, this experience was not good. Can't remember the sales guy's name. Young Hispanic, very pleasant and helpful. However, when the Mr. Glen Gibson, the Manager, came to the table, very unpleasant, no willingness to help or negotiate and very arrogant. When I said I wouldn't accept his offer and stood up he left the office first than me, how unprofessional. Bottom line am driving a brand new Nissan Pathfinder, not from this dealer, but Nissan Autoway from Brandon, excellent service overall. I will never visit Wesley Chapel Nissan or recommend it to anyone. More

When I walked into the dealership Troy greeted me right away with a smile and ready to help. I wasn't sure if I wanted a new or a used car and I didn't even know what kind of car I wanted but he asked me p away with a smile and ready to help. We went through all the used cars then he pulled up a Murano that matched what I wanted (to be able to put my kayaks on top, good on gas since I drive a lot, leather, etc). I wasn't quite sure on the color. He let me test drive a new Juke but it was a little out of my price target. When I was about to give up since it was late and it started raining, we went for one more drive around the lot and found a black on black Murano that was used but looked brand new inside and out. I really liked it and Troy went out of his way to help me get approved through Nissan with the amount I had to put down. He even worked the next day on his day off to make sure I was taken care of completely. Troy must have been the nicest guy there, he helped me find exactly what I wanted, gave me a great price, and took care of me all the way through. I love my new car and I'm very impressed with the employees and dealership. 5+ More
