The car drives smooth, and the music is crystal clear. Troy made sure he found the right car for me. Once he found the right car he was very persistent about making sure I received the best financing. He is patient, friendly and definitely looking for what is in the customer's best interest. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Troy, I actually followed him over from Ford when he left. Troy is one of the most ethical and honest car salesman I have worked with. He thoroughly explained all the various vehicle options and associated costs in a straight forward manner. Knowing this purchase was for my daughter, he made sure she felt included in the decision making and what to expect during the financing process. He actually steered her away from a lower fuel economy vehicle knowing she was in college and commuted there as well as her job. There was no financial incentive for him to do so since he already knew we planned to make a purchase that day. As long as Troy continues to sell cars, he is the only one I will do business with if at all possible. This review was writtn two days after the purchase so there was no pressure at the time of sale. Troy totally undid all our bad feelings and created an amazing report with me and my wife. For over a month he patiently helped us out. He made us feel as if we were his only clients. Troy will always be our sales contact as long as he is working at Wesley Chapel Nissan. I have already told three of my family members looking for new cars to contact him. As well, I am planing on giving him a call next summer when I need to get myself another truck. More

my wife and i took our 2008 altima into the Wesley Chapel Nissan for service. we asked them to look at the paint bubbling, and pealing. Much to our suprise they explained that "due to the car having 68k mile Nissan for service. we asked them to look at the paint bubbling, and pealing. Much to our suprise they explained that "due to the car having 68k miles this is not unusual." I am shocked by this statement--what does the mileage on the car have to do with the paint? I have never looked at paint as a wear item--like brakes etc---but it seems that the people at wesley chapel nissan beleive paint is a wear item...and they offered nothing to discuss or resolve the paint issue--or want to look at it to determine if it is defective. i purchased one of the first Armadas built, and after 18 months it began to rust around the back hatch. The nissan dealer i went through in New York--they called nissan for me, they addressed and repained the truck--as it was found to be defective--so i know things can be done--so this makes me sick--to be treated like this. derek b wesley chapel More
