HORRIBLE - NO FOLLOW UP ON BRAND NEW CAR ISSUES! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP ON BRAND NEW CAR ISSUES! I've never in my life written a poor review, but this is so ridiculous I pray i HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE FOLLOW UP ON BRAND NEW CAR ISSUES! I've never in my life written a poor review, but this is so ridiculous I pray it saves someone else from having to go through such a dreadful experience!! .. As a single mom, and loyal Nissan owner for over 10 years, I thought I was in good hands when with the sales guy John and General Sales Manager Jonathan helped me get out of my old Nissan Maxima into a new Rogue. Good hands - NOTHING! When I drove off the lot, I was ASSURED they would call me within 2-3 days to schedule me for a service I paid for in my contract. It's been a MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!! Texts and calls going unanswered. On top of the leather seats I paid for in my contract, right before I was about to drive off the lot I noticed that paint was chipped on my tailgate -- come to find out, there was more than one area of chipped paint on this BRAND NEW 2018 ROGUE. (I didn't notice the 2nd area because by the time I left it was nighttime, but saw it the next day and informed them promptly). ON TOP OF THAT!!!... again keep in mind this is a BRAND NEW car, the back up camera is glitchy which is a HUGE safety issue. I've texted the sales guy I was working with (John) countless times, called the dealership several times, only to be sent to voicemail EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. You may wonder, why don't I just go over to the shop? Well, because I live over an hour away (probably why they're jerking me around)... hence why I was waiting patiently to be scheduled to ensure everything would be done in one day. .. Again, as a single mom who needs a reliable car, I just want to know - is it too much to expect a sales + service team to follow through and live up to their word?? A new car is an INVESTMENT, and the people behind the deal should honor and respect the customer. If you're looking for a trustworthy dealership - DO NOT GO TO WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN! More
