Luis is the best! I recently bought my first car with Wesley Chapel Nissan. I was looking for cars for awhile and as many people know, dealing with car dealers is not e I recently bought my first car with Wesley Chapel Nissan. I was looking for cars for awhile and as many people know, dealing with car dealers is not easy. I had gone to 2 other Nissan dealers who tried to charge me close to 2k over MSRP. Not only were their prices at/close to MSRP, they were open and communicative to me even though I had to drive from another town over to get the car. They worked with my family and I and made my first car buying experience easy and simple. I can't explain how much I love my new car and I got everything I wanted and more. Luis was right there to greet me once I drove from another town over to purchase the car. He let me know of everything in advance and I already had a print out of the final price as I got there. I am thankful to have worked with Luis, he was incredible and didn't try to give me the usual "standoff routine" that other sales reps try to exude to trick you into buying a car that is way overpriced. He was super nice and relatable and for a young car buyer like me, it made me more relaxed about signing my life away to car loans. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends or family.
