Happy Campers! We are new retirees still working part time. My husband’s car died unexpectedly last week so we had to get him a new ride, and quickly. We really wanted a truck that would pull a small camper, but didn’t really have the budget for a new one. We looked around and figured we would have to settle for something older. Then we saw the Manager’s special online at Wesley Chapel Nissan. It was a nice, one owner 2017 Chevy Silverado, with super low mileage, still over our budget. We figured it would be gone by the time we got there, but we went anyway. We were greeted by Ardallion Jordan, Product Specialist, with a big, friendly smile who informed us the truck was still there and offered us a test drive. We liked the truck and Ardallion was confident we could work things out. It needed running boards too. Now came the hard part, negotiating for the budget.,My hubby is one heck of a negotiator, having managed a finance co and he has a degree in economics. I didn’t envy Ardallion or Waeil Kattaria, the Floor Sales Mgr who came to lend a hand. Things went back and forth for a bit and I was glad they had fresh popcorn because this was turning into a reality show! Finally, we came to an agreement and moved to the business office where Matt Tan had everything ready to sign, or so we thought. To shorten the story, it was Jonathan Santos, the General Mgr who stepped in last minute and authorized everything we wanted including the Warranty! Ardallion was right, somehow, some way, he would make us happy campers! More
