Plenty of 2018 Maximas I recently visited this showroom and was amazed by the number of Maximas from which to choose. Outstanding Customer Service and Attention to Detail I cannot say enough about the level of service I experience at this dealership. I have leased three vehicles so far, and each & every individual I hav I cannot say enough about the level of service I experience at this dealership. I have leased three vehicles so far, and each & every individual I have dealt with at different levels provides exemplary customer service. During my first lease, I had the pleasure to deal with Adam Clark who at the time was a salesperson. Adam was extremely polite to both my wife & me, and listened to our needs and expectations. He immediately provided us with several vehicle options that were in our price range, and within minutes closed a deal with us. We were given a monthly price with no hidden costs, and this price was so reasonable and fair and we knew right away we were dealing with a credible dealership, and more importantly, a truly honest individual in Adam. Adam provide us with his cell number and assured us that we can call him at anytime with any concerns. Fortunately, the vehicle was perfect and we called him to express just that. During the service visits, I dealt solely with Cruz, who is another individual who exemplifies customer service. With just a phone call to him, he sets me up with my service needs and ensures all the work is completed properly & timely. I still to this day rely on Cruz for all my service needs. When I was ready for my second lease, I simply called Adam, advised him that I was ready to turn one vehicle in and lease another. Within minutes, & by phone, we agreed on a deal and picked up the vehicle the next day, again with no issues. Adam couldn't have been more helpful and again made this lease a pleasure. For my most recent lease, I again called Adam, who advised me he was now in a management position with the dealership, and put me in touch with salesperson Matt Manning. I arranged a time to meet with Matt after speaking to him about my needs, he too was a true professional who listened to me and provided me with another great lease deal. Matt is the type of individual you can immediately relate to and develop a sense of trust with. Matt provided me with his cell as well and again told me to call with any concerns. We closed the deal in minutes and I could not be more satisfied with the level of service provided to me by Matt and Adam, who worked on my lease financing for me and oversaw the deal. The final finance paperwork was done by Matt Tan, who is just another great example of a friendly professional who treats customers with the utmost respect. The process of "hassling" over a price at this dealership does not exist. Your needs are heard by the employees and they work diligently to provide you with a fair deal, and there is no condescension by anyone there. It is all good people working to satisfy a customers needs. Through all my visits at the dealership, everyone is looking out for you. Everyone employee that walked past us said hello, and offered us water and other amenities. One more standout is Jerry Clark. Although he was not involved in any of my purchases, he always goes out of his way to greet my wife & me and asks what he can do for us. Jerry is the type of individual that all businesses should have as he makes you feel that you are part of the dealership family.
