The dealership was very busy and it seemed that the appointment we made was lost. Jonathan, who was about to leave for the day, noticed we were waiting and offered to help us out. He was very knowledgeable about the Murano and gave us a thorough “tour” of the vehicle and the options on the SL trim. The route for the test drive included some winding roads that really gave us a good feel for the vehicle. We bought the Murano that night and when all was said and done we left the dealership at about 11pm. We were both very impressed with the Jonathan throughout the entire process. As a bonus this dealership is MotorTrend certified which means you get a lifetime power train warranty!! More
