It was honestly down to wesley chapel nissan or their other competitor. while they were not able to completely match the other competitors price, they offered things that the other nissan dealership did not offer ( e.g. life time warranty, $10 dollar oil changes for my car etc). tThe team was very patient and did their best to accommodate as much as they could. The benefit to this "no surprise" certificate is.. It is awarded to USAA preferred dealers who are committed to pricing transparency. Printed details including destination fee, dealers fee, add ons, dealer items & etc. Everything excluding sales tax and govt fees. Salesman come back with pricing 2k over the certificate and lowballed my trade. Loyalty Manager also encouraged me to go get my trade value elsewhere, so i decided to take up that offer. More

Overall good This was my first experience buying a car and it was about what can be expected in buying a car. Tiring and full of headaches. Being a female coming in BY myself, I expected I would be upcharged etc. so I came prepared to get a great deal. And I think I did eventually get a pretty sweet deal. I am sure I frustrated Nick, the sales guy, but heck, I was frustrated too. I hate that they tack on the cost to certify the car after the fact (so the online price is not the true price if certified) and I did have the finance guy try to slip in bumper to bumper warranty of $3K until I asked him for the details of cost. Eventually, after clearing up the smoke screen, I left with a good price on a good car and all in all, I am glad I went to Wesley Chapel and worked with Nick. He was mostly patient and helped me out wherever he could. More
