I've been looking for a vehicle for several months, I went online surfing many dealerships and also going to dealerships, but because of my credit and being upside down on my Harley I was having a very hard time trying to get someone to help. I really had given up on any reputable dealerships help until I received a call from Otto Villalta with Wesley Chapel Nissan. After we talk for awhile he asked me to give him a chance so reluctantly my wife and I went to Wesley Chapel Nissan and met up with Otto. He was experience, he listened to my needs and problems with other dealerships. He focus on making us feel that he was out to help us get into the car we wanted. Although it was a long process the outcome was unbelievable. Otto worked with his sales manager Josh Craig until the deal was done. During the final process meeting up with Adam Clarke for all the paperwork he made the process enjoyable and easy. I strongly recommend to anyone before you go anywhere to buy call Otto Villalta first. Other dealerships could take a few lessons from these three people. Best customer service, and sales.
