Smooth buying experience from start to finish I must start by saying we had absolutely zero intention on going in and buying a car that afternoon. A simple ad on facebook showing "new car specials I must start by saying we had absolutely zero intention on going in and buying a car that afternoon. A simple ad on facebook showing "new car specials" for a Nissan Maxima struck our curiosity and we thought sense it was right up the road we would swing in to look around. We were greeted by Dane D. and started with small talk and the basics of what we were after. We wanted to test drive the a black Nissan Maxima SV that was on the raised sidewalk in front of the dealership which needed to be brought done and not simply driven off, but Dane had no problem making it happen. We fell in love and decided theres no harm in seeing if we could possibly make this ours today. We had a few concerns based on our financial histories and were a little uneasy about the credit process. This is when we met Joey Falcon the GM - Sense when does the GM walk you through the entire process and actually handle the deal himself, almost never, but I have never felt more comfortable during a process like this. He answered every question we had and explained in detail. We received our offer in a very minimal amount of time and accepted it as we were pleased with the outcome. Next, I had the pleasure of spending the next few hours signing my life away with Jerry "Bam Bam" Spence the Finance Manager. It's not an exciting process, but he made it a bearable and relaxed experience as we spoke about life while going through the endless amounts of paperwork. That evening we left the dealership with a brand new car. I can say without hesitation that we will be going back in the upcoming months to replace our second vehicle at Wesley Chapel Nissan. More
