I had submitted a lease application 2 days prior to delivery and provided the necessary paperwork. Although the process can still be improved, it saved a lot of time. Test drive, trade-in assessment, cleaning, detailing, refuel, and finalized lease paperwork were completed in about 2 hours. And Jeff answered ALL of my questions whether through email or phone call. And I know that I am a PITA and ask a lot of questions, so it's saying something. More

My sales person was condescending Came to this location in search of a Camry. We were paired with Joesph Maxxy from information we requested online. We were taken to see and test drive Came to this location in search of a Camry. We were paired with Joesph Maxxy from information we requested online. We were taken to see and test drive a Camry with intent to buy that same day. As we sat down with our sales person, he brought us back really ridiculous numbers that nobody would ever pay for a Camry regardless of their financial situation. It was absurd. When asked which financial manager he consulted for this deal, he answered with how he spoke to “the desk”/sales manager. Still waiting for a legitimate quote from one of the many financial associates I saw in their offices, none of which were busy helping customers, our sales person Joe Maxxy, continued to question us on what dealership would want to give us a brand new lease or finance. When we stated we had already set up a deal with a Lexus sales person and ran numbers by someone we knew in Lexus finance with an assured price, he spoke to us in a condescending manner assuring and reiterating that we “would not be able to get in a Lexus”. He then continued to ask who is it that we knew over there and stood up as I was going to leave after being spoken to like that. We had a lot of money to put down, but we wanted to see if he cared to try to work a deal at all or if he’d try to rip us off and speak to us as though we don’t know anything about dealerships or financing cars. We ended up going to Lexus across the street and purchasing another brand new Lexus from them right away because they are always upfront and ensure we are comfortable with every part of the process. Should have never even considered going to Toyota... definitely would not recommend. More
