He was terrific to deal with throughout the process and Michael Haake made the delivery of the vehicle a pleasure for both my wife and I. This was our second purchase here and look forward to the next one thanks to the terrific service they displayed - including Matt in Finance which many dealerships struggle with forcing individuals into things they later regret. I had planned on working with a local dealership since I had been given a referral from a friend. Unfortunately their customer service was severely lacking and they treated me poorly over the phone. A few minutes after I had ended the phone call with the other dealership I received a call from Waseam at Wesley Chapel Toyota and it was clear to me that he had the customer service skills necessary to help me make the best choice possible for my new car. He listened to my needs as a consumer and when I showed up for my test drive appointment the entire process from test drive to signing for my new car was positive and painless. When shopping for a new car you want to know you are making the best decision and getting exactly what you want, not just the product, but also the service that comes with it. This is my second Toyota and I feel that this shopping/buying experience was far superior to my previous one. More

On Wednesday 8/15/18 we were at Wesley Chapel for our usual oil change and Steven Fuentes starting talking to us. He discovered that he could get us into a brand new Corolla for a much lower finance rate. I picked out my new car and we went in to financing to meet Dan Clemente. Dan made the financial part of it very easy to understand. I have to say you have two gems with Steven and Dan! They both were very nice and very helpful through out the whole process. We have already given a friend Steven's name because she is interested in buying a Toyota! We will continue to drive to Wesley Chapel for our oil changes!! Thank you Steven and Dan!! More
