"Got more than what I came in for" I had received a call from Courtney to check into getting my interest rate lowered. So I made the appointment to come in. She set me up with getting my service done while we were working on numbers. Christopher Joseph was very helpful. He showed me what the numbers would be to get a lower interest rate which was my goal. I never expected to trade my car in for a new one but Chris showed me my options and I couldn't pass up the great deal that was offered. Everyone was so kind. We had a fund raiser benefit to go to that evening and Carlos was very efficient to get the paperwork done so we would not miss it. Thank you everyone! Love the Rav4 and all that it has to offer.
