Great experience for start to finish I arrived a little later than my appointment time. The dealership was getting ready to close but I was still greeted with a friendly hello and welcome I arrived a little later than my appointment time. He went right to work on helping me find the car I had seen online and got the keys so that I could go for a test drive. Andy never rushed me and was very prompt in getting the sale of my vehicle on the way. He stayed there the entire time from beginning to the end when I pulled out the garage with my new Toyota Camry. Unlike other salespeople I visited he was never condescending or dismissive and I never felt pressured. He went out of his way to address all of my concerns and questions no matter how big or small. Of all of the sales people I encountered over several weeks of shopping he was the most pleasant and honest.
