Just had my 1 year anniversary of my new car purc I purchased a slightly used Corolla in 2014, then 1 year later traded for a brand new 2015 Corolla! Just had my 1 year anniversary of my new car purchase & was surprised when I got an anniversary card in the mail from my salesman, Mike Brockway! He aslo sent me a birthday card last year! John Deloach in the Finance department was great about explaining the financing & paperwork, very helpful & informative. Jack Peck at Wesley Chapel was excellent to work with. We purchased a car for my son who is a college senior- he went in and drove the car and got the initial numbers. Jack was very patient and explained the numbers to him, then he accommodated me by "texting" me back and forth with the details and possible options. Everything was done when we got there, there no surprises and no talking to us like we were unintelligent. . When we went in to pick up the vehicle and sign papers we were out in less than an hour. My son has a car he loves , with 4 years of free maintenance - and we don't have to worry he will be stranded somewhere. Excellent service excellent dealership ( Kelly Heflin was amazing also) . We know we are going to pay for a car and it isn't going to be free - all I was looking for was someone to be honest and straightforward . It is appreciated . ( Needless to say the dealership we went to the week before was the opposite) More
