After seeing Whesley Cchaple Toyota and what they ha to offer, I decided to contact them. I was contacted back, by Mark Howard and he offered for me to come down and check out what you had to offer. After meeting Mark and explaining to him the situation I was in with my current vehicle and how I needed to get rid of my vehicle and get into something I could better afford....... I wanted a pick-up truck, he explained to me that I needed to get something "less expensive" that would do the job. I had thought about an SUV and he found the vehicle the he felt would do the things I needed to get done and could also afford. I was doubtful that I was going to be able to turn in my pickup, but I did. The Sienna that I purchased seems to be going to come thru for me. I had several questions on the safety features and Lynne took the time to answer my questions, helped locate the car I wanted, worked with me on my trade in and kept me update to date every step of the way. She was awesome!! I also worked with Luis. He is very personable and you feel right at ease with him. However, one item that that really impressed me was that he took the time (on a Saturday) to pick up the vehicle I wanted from another location. Not only that, but his family also took time out of their weekend to drive him there so he could drive back with my new car. During the test drive, I had a lot of questions about the features. Louis was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and he took the time to make sure I understood all the functions. He also provided some very handy tips as to how to use the features. Finally, the day after the sale, I had a few more questions and he patiently answered them. He even checked the vehicle I had traded in to address a concern I had. I was very pleased with my experience. More
Honesty and Integrity I received a mailing from Lakeland Toyota offering me $16K on my 2012 Focus if I traded at their dealership as well as a $25 gift card for visiting. I I received a mailing from Lakeland Toyota offering me $16K on my 2012 Focus if I traded at their dealership as well as a $25 gift card for visiting. I went out and their salesman, Bill, showed me one Corolla and the one Yaris they had on the lot, then proceeded to play the typical back and forth game that car buying is notorious for. When I asked about the gift card, they gave me a $25 coupon to their service department. When we couldn't come together on the finances after 3 waves of this back and forth shenanigans, I contacted Wesley Chapel Toyota on their online form and within minutes, the salesman, Mark Howard, was calling me telling me to come over to his dealership, that he would meet or beat Lakeland Toyota's numbers and throw in extras like window tinting and a lifetime powertrain warranty; he said he would do an apples to apples comparison for me. I left Lakeland Toyota and I'm SO glad! At Wesley Chapel Toyota, we were greeted and Mark Howard was immediately contacted and came out to work with us. He offered refreshments, which after hours of having soul-sucking negotiations was a welcome treat. Mark Howard showed me every color of Corolla there is and offered explanation between the LE and LE Plus -- I didn't even know there was a LE Plus! I picked the Barcelona Red and we worked a deal that was fair, completely within my price range, and even cheaper than I thought it was going to be! He even gave me floor mats -- I didn't have to buy them! He was direct and open. He didn't play games. I spent less time at Wesley Chapel Toyota buying a vehicle than I'd already wasted with Lakeland Toyota that morning trying to buy one. If you want a car buying experience that leaves you walking away feeling good, go out to see Mark Howard at Wesley Chapel Toyota -- you won't be sorry. I'm not! More
