Purchased a new 2016 Tacoma Great experience. The entire Wesley Chapel staff was courteous and professional. I previously went to two local Toyota dealerships (Stadium Toyota a Great experience. The entire Wesley Chapel staff was courteous and professional. I previously went to two local Toyota dealerships (Stadium Toyota and Lakeland Toyota) and their customer service was far below Wesley Chapel Toyota. The Stadium Toyota salesman was surly. The Lakeland Toyota staff was disorganized and incompetent. The Wesley Chapel staff was the friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Amanda Baron guided the entire sales process under 2 hours - from trade in, price, financing, to out the door. I would highly recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota. More

I took the ride and is was definitely worth it. I dealt with Patrick Sawyer who was super knowledgeable, patient and NOT high pressure The dealership seemed nice and had a great customer service area. I don't plan to have the vehicle serviced there however because it is a 2 hour ride but it will be my first stop the next time I buy a new truck. I would highly recommend Patrick and Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone ! More
