Excellent Sales Expierence I had searched all of Tampa Bay for a new 2015 Rav 4, I had a price limit and color I was looking for. With Wesley Chapel and my Sales Person was Ros I had searched all of Tampa Bay for a new 2015 Rav 4, I had a price limit and color I was looking for. With Wesley Chapel and my Sales Person was Ross McDonald, I had an excellent expierence. Ross went out of his way getting me my brand new Rav 4. They didn't have the Color on the Lot, he searched and got me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. No Bargening. .On the Day, that he told me I could come and get the RAV 4, I didn't have a ride,so he drove 1 hour each way to come and pick me up, which made him get home 2 hours later, then he was supposed to. I never expierenced this type of Customer Service before. I can only recommend him. More

I took the ride and is was definitely worth it. I dealt with Patrick Sawyer who was super knowledgeable, patient and NOT high pressure The dealership seemed nice and had a great customer service area. I don't plan to have the vehicle serviced there however because it is a 2 hour ride but it will be my first stop the next time I buy a new truck.
