They advertise a lifetime warranty on all vehicles they sell, but 1 I test drove and purchased a used vehicle from Westley Chapel Toyota 5 months ago. They advertise a lifetime warranty on all vehicles they sell, but 1 month into my purchase, they called and said my vehicle did not qualify. For test driving a vehicle on their lot, they promise you a $25 gift card, which after 4 phone called and 5 months later, they have failed to produce. I drove across state to do business with them, thinking they were different than the normal sales deception methods that exist in this world. I'm still in search of a place that Honors their word. I'm a retired Marine and my Word and Honor mean everything to me. Wish it was a better experience, but, learn new lessens each day. Surprisingly Great Experience I was skeptical about getting into a new brand of vehicle, and having to shop for one. I've never driven a Toyota, so when my grandkids suggested Wesl I was skeptical about getting into a new brand of vehicle, and having to shop for one. I've never driven a Toyota, so when my grandkids suggested Wesley Chapel, I wasn't sold on the idea. I took the trip anyway, and I'm glad I did. I purchased a used Tundra for my wife, based on the ease of her being able to get in and out and the fact that it's more safe than I could have ever expected. Steve Baranco did a great job explaining the safety features, and had a good knowledge of other make vehicles. I hadn't bought a car in over 10 years and I didn't know it would be such a smooth experience. I'll be sure to let others know the ease of buying a car at Wesley Chapel, and I'll be sure they ask for Steve. More
