changed the price on a truck-SISTER STORE TAMPA HONDA Just what you would expect from a shady car dealer but certainly did not expect this from a larger dealership. We found a truck we liked and it was a Just what you would expect from a shady car dealer but certainly did not expect this from a larger dealership. We found a truck we liked and it was at the price we could afford. After taking a test drive we noticed that there may have been something wrong with the drive train or the transmission. just a little hiccup so Paul, the salesman, said he would have the shop look at it and would make it right. We told him we were very interested and anxious for him to get back to us. We had arranged financing and were ready to go. He told us he would call that afternoon. To my surprise he did not so I called him. he said that the shop had not looked at it yet but "promised" that he would call today. Next day, I asked my husband did he call him and neither one of us received a call (Paul had 3 numbers-both cells and my home). When I called the # he gave me he hung up on me so I decided to find out what was going on. WELL, PULLED THE INTERNET SHOWING OF THE TRUCK......Guess what????the price has gone up $6,000. No call, hung up on me, and then found the price was increased. SHAME ON THEM!!!!! VERY BAD BUSINESS AND CERTAINLY CAN'T BE TRUSTED! O, and on top of that when I first called the girl on the phone she gave me the wrong address and we weren't even told that it was the Honda store rather then the Toyota store. We drove around and took a chance that the Honda store was where we were suppose to be. Had we followed our GPS with the address she gave us we would have been 15 miles out of our way and still not know where we were to go. Just a mess, a real mess, bait and switch, Simply CAN'T BE TRUSTED! More

Within a matter of a few hours i was told my car was ready and he explained thoroughly what was wrong with my car and what they did to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone! More

We stopped by the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership around 8pm on a I have to say that this was the BEST vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had. We stopped by the Wesley Chapel Toyota dealership around 8pm on a Sunday night just checking out the Highlanders and stumbled across a beautiful 4Runner. Michael Haake approached us outside and asked if he could help us, we were very surprised to actually see someone still there and willing to help. We asked to see the 4Runner and he quickly went inside and got it ready for us to check it out. We then took it for a very nice test drive and finally finished close to 10pm and Mike was eager to help us. We thought we were dead set on the 4Runner and the next day we showed up to the dealership and saw a beautiful Highlander. We met Mike inside and he was very eager to help us out again (without ever being pushy at all) and we asked to see the Highlander. Mike then introduced us to Harry Whitaker a sales associate who would help us out through the duration of our visit. Harry got us a very nice blizzard pearl Highlander limited to check out, he also retrieved the 4Runner for us so we could see them side by side. He took both my wife and I out for test drives with both vehicles while we pondered on which one we wanted. Harry spent a very long time with us and never did he ask "where do we stand" or "lets make a deal right now", etc. He was very professional and again not pushy what-so-ever like several other dealerships we visited. He was very knowledgeable of both vehicles and answered every question we had. We were still very wishy-washy on which vehicle we wanted and Harry was very patient with us. Finally we decided on the Highlander and Harry was very quick to help us out on our financing rates, giving us a great deal on the vehicle, and helped us pay off our old vehicle we were in. Harry and Mike were amazing the whole process through. In the financing department Edwin Andino helped us out and was very quick with the financing so we didn't have to spend hours on end finalizing the deal on our new Toyota. This experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was an experience I would recommend to any buyer out there, every single sales associate and employee was extremely nice and well prepared to answer any and all questions. I loved the dealership so much I think I may try to get a job there when I retire from the military! Thanks again Wesley Chapel Toyota!!! More
I was charged $350.00 for a re-stocking or reprossesing fee. I have either leased or owned 5 Toyota's. The first car I purchased was a Toyota Corolla. I leased 3 more Toyota Camry's over a 10 year period. Then I have either leased or owned 5 Toyota's. The first car I purchased was a Toyota Corolla. I leased 3 more Toyota Camry's over a 10 year period. Then in June of 2010 I leased a Rav4 for 3 yrs., I was never late on a payment and was always under the allotted mileage. I returned all of my vehicles in excellent condition and on time. I also referred a friend, who was a dedicated Nissan buyer. I told her how much I loved my Camry's and she ended up buying a New Camry. Just because I didn't lease or buy another car in June of 2013, I received a bill in the mail several weeks later for $350.00 re:"A Restocking Fee". I was Never charged a fee in the past. I would think Wesley Chapel Toyota would treat their valued customers better than that. I explained that I had been laid off from my job & lost my home, and was unable to pay the bill. They sent me to collections anyway and put a derogatory mark on my credit. Now, I'm receiving calls from a collection agency. I am extremely disappointed with WC Toyota. I will NEVER lease or buy another car from them again, or refer anyone else. I called Matt Gibson; the Finance Mgr., left a detailed message & never received a call back from anyone. I want the fee removed from collections. Are they that DESPERATE for money? More

Mark was patient with me, while I test drove 5 different cars before finding the one I liked best. This is a far cry from other dealers, especially Toyota dealers. Mark also got me a great deal on the car of my choice. Unlike most people, when I start shopping for a new car, I usually spend a year looking, considering all the options. I am very cautious on my deals, and I am very pleased with both the deal and the car itself. And to top it off, they have the best cookies there too. More
