This is funny because I live in Orlando and I drove back to have my car serviced and purchase a new one. They even drove my wife's car back to orlando while I drove my new car to get the car I traded. They went above and beyond to make the deal. More

He was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job of putting me in a new car even when I only came in for a oil change and was told my 2009 Toyota mini van had a lot of mechanical issues that was going to cost me a lot of money I just didn't have as I am 56 and disabled Yuri went above and beyond to help me he was awesome and very attentive thru out the whole time. As this was the first time since my husband passed away that I even considered buying a new car I can't describe how he made me feel at your Toyota Dealership. I would recommend anyone to go there if they are even thinking about buying a new car. I love my new Scion XB lots of room and it is big enough to fit my granddaughters wheelchair which was a concern at first but not now everything fits. Thanks to Yuri. Sherry L. More
