Found the car we wanted. Spoke with "Matt" who made an appointment with us for 10:00 next day. Drove almost an hour there, arrived at 9:45, and no one was available. Finally at 10:15 someone named "Jeff" came to tell us Matt was in a meeting. At round 10:30 we got tired of waiting and walked past the check-in to Matt's office. He and other salesmen were sitting there on phones and chatting. So, even though we had called and been told the car was still there and been called by the dealer to verify our appointment, "Matt" put down the phone, stepped out of the office and told us the car had sold that night, that he'd sent someone else to get a similar car for us. We told him that we would not be back and felt sure he didn't care and left. We felt pretty sure we'd been victims of the old "bait and switch" thing since the car was still showing available on the website when we got home. Never again. Almost 3 hours of our day wasted for nothing. More

Wesley Chapel Toyota was the Toyota dealership with the most competitive and lowest car cost. Caroline Briggs was great to work with and responded to texts and emails promptly all throughout the day which most competitive and lowest car cost. Caroline Briggs was great to work with and responded to texts and emails promptly all throughout the day which was great communication for me as someone who works nights. I tried multiple dealerships in the general area (SunToyota and Village Toyota) and they both fell short by a mile! Their prices were both respectively about 7 grand more than Wesley chapel and poor communication. When dealing with Caroline at Wesley Chapel it was a sigh of relief that I was able to get constant communication and updates on my vehicle. At this current market there were no new cars on the lot as most are pre sold and shipped. The SUV I selected was an initial 35 days out. I even opted to switch from a standard to a hybrid a week after putting a down payment to reserve the car which was able to transfer right over to the hybrid model. The car arrived a week before the expected initial delivery date(though that wouldn’t be on Wesley Chapels part but more on the actual Toyota distributor). My ONLY complaint if I was knit picking would be the wait time to actually pick up the car doing the paperwork. I knew it was a process and would take time, however it most likely felt much longer for me working nights and did a full shift the night before, got dropped on at the dealership and had to wait on no sleep then once finished drive back home and only have 2 hours until I had to be up for the next shift to start(NOT Wesley chapels problem itself) but it was a long wait to get the plate transferred, sign the financial paperwork, and agreements. Other than that it was a smooth and easy process. Caroline and her team are excellent. I am happy with the model I chose. I would highly recommend just going straight to Wesley Chapel and saving your time, avoid the hassle and higher prices of the other dealerships. More
