A couple months before I purchased my Prius I walked away because I wasn't willing to make a $13,000.00 for a vehicle. At the end of October Terry called and told me he had a car for me. It was very heart felt to know that this guy never forgot about me. When he told me it was a Prius for $9000.00 I was just thrilled. He knew I had come to Florida without a car, so he told me was coming to get me. I was so taken by his determined spirit to make things happen. It also reflects his empathy for others. I trusted him. When he arrived, there in the driveway was a lovely gold Prius hybrid! He told me I was driving back to the dealership. As a retired Buffalo public school teacher, I can surely tell you he's a natural at instruction. As he told me all about the features as we took the 25 minute ride, I quickly learned what a fabulous vehicle it is. He has a vested interest in his work; it's enjoyable for him. After some conversation and subsequent email exchanges with Mike in sales, I noted the dealer adds some extraordinarily high margin accessories (mostly unwanted) to the vehicle. After some back and forth negotiations, we agreed on a Highlander vehicle price and trade-in value for the Lexus. Now, I'm completely satisfied with the entire deal. I left, when I came back I parked offsite and walked in, that is when I met Chris Joseph. He wad kind, knowledgeable and most of all NOT PUSHY! PJ did my closing, it started out a bit unorganized, address wrong, and my deposit was not included. He quickly corrected it. And was pleasant while he did it. If I would have been in a hurry it may have been more frustrating. I think I will like the the app for service. Overall it was a good experience thanks to Chris. More
