Great Experience for Buying a car! When we first saw our sales representative, Terry Stanford, we told him we had very little time and we weren't buying a car that day. Terry was very knowledgeable for being new and answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he went and asked. He was down to earth and didn't try to corner us into a sale. He took us for several rides and showed us all the buttons. When we got back in they asked what would hold us back we said price. With far less time than we ever have experienced buying they showed us a price...a little tinkering we agreed. The one knock I would give the dealership is that it took an hour to get in with the Finance dept. we had to go back the next day to fix paperwork because they calculated the price wrong...that didn't make us happy. Terry made us happy with our quick sale...speed up the Finance and make it error free it would have been perfect. Thanks Terry More

There was no pressure at all and when I explained I wanted to get prices from other dealerships to compare, he completely understood and didn't try to deter me from doing so. Honestly, Mike and Jeremy (finance director) are the main reasons I decided to go with Wesley Chapel. They did everything they could to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. They made it happen! We even worked out the deal before I went to the dealership so the process after I arrived was very smooth! I would definitely by from Wesley Chapel/Mike again. Thank you, I love my Corolla S Plus!!!
