My last experience was so unpleasant that I was unwilling to do it again for nearly a decade. Following contact with several dealerships in my area, I settled on Wesley Chapel Toyota solely because of the email interactions I had with Mark Howard. He quickly identified the differences between his dealership and the others and encouraged me to flesh out the offers from the others in order to get the best deal. He responded promptly to my questions and did not pass me off to someone else, which held tremendous appeal to me because I'm a huge proponent of continuity of service. I had every opportunity to ensure the deal I was getting was fair, but I didn't have to check against any other sources because Mr. Howard practices transparency.
