He knew what we wanted options and all, an he showed us something we could afford and not just sell us something we didn't need. Jack Peck should train other sales people. He also reminded me of a family member who had been in the business of sales at a dealership. None of the horror stories I heard from my family member were true with Wesley Chapel Toyota or Mr. Peck. The sales floor and outside were clean and tidy. We were offered something to drink a few times. And right before we left Mr. Peck even asked if I had checked the CD player in my trade in. Almost left a very good CD. As far as signing everything...we were in and out with in 45 minutes. I would definetly give this dealership a great rating!! More

Honestly, Mike and Jeremy (finance director) are the main reasons I decided to go with Wesley Chapel. They did everything they could to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. They made it happen!
